I try to go in towards the 2nd half of a neap flood tide. Currents swirling in the bay have been known to be quite strong if you don't time it right or are not aware of what is going on underwater.
They are shore dives but you need to be very careful about weather and sea conditions. The Nest Ends dive in particular, you are well exposed if anything goes wrong. Strong currents offshore, particularly on spring tides. Boat cover could be hazardous to the boat in anything but calm conditions.
I've dived it before Keith but do you go in half an hour before slack high ?

Are these boat or shore dives Keith?

The seaweed like that is maximum size? Or like a coconut maybe it was only displayed to me "of a maximum size"? Anyone any idea of this?
If a sensor can extend by laser, if to sense alot of movements(fish gathering spot or crawly sea creatures)?
I think this tight space is safe to explore as the spotted shark is big.
