It felt so [heck]ing cathartic to finally see scottish people playing scottish characters in a game actually set in Scotland And they're all speaking Scots, too!
6:21 C/O means 'care of.' It's used when you're sending a letter to someone through another party. In this case, the letter is sent to Cadal management and board, via Rennick.
@@SariaPlays the accents are perfect, they hired Scottish voice actors *and* they talked with oil rig workers to get a first hand account of life on board the rig. Incredible attention to detail!
I love your accent and after watching your stream of this game I decided to play it again and just finished it. Since you like playing scary games, I highly recommend "A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead." I think you'll love that game too.
@@bttmgmr2011 thank you and I'm so glad you enjoyed this game! I gave A Quiet Place a try the other week, but I got motion sick 🥺 will adjust the settings and try it again!
instant follow for a nice Scottish let's player (one day I'll learn Gaelic I swear, I'll find the means to actually do that) (if I'm Scottish now, gotta get the language and set it free)
Is it wrong I've had such a oddd hyper fixation in this game for the last week I've unintentionally brought scottish words into my daily language. I caught myself saying stuff like aye and cannae while out with family lmaooo and I'm british not scottish
Lol funny thing, I found out that I have family roots in Scotland. And funnier, I feel like after hearing Scottish for so long, I begin to understand it. And if I listen too long the accent comes out 🤣🤣🤣 but I ain’t complainin, fun shite I say!
My GPU is a Radeon RX 7900 XT, so I don't need a better one, however we did figure out during stream that some lag / crashes were due to using the wrong monitor (higher res). Bear in mind that streaming and gaming on the same PC isn't going to be as crystal clear as just recording a video, too!

I’m so happy Scotland rarely gets representation like this.
@@firestorm7977 I felt the exact same whilst playing! Very heart warming.
Liverpool doesn’t get represented in games😢
@@Foximations69 I know the feeling! There should be more!

I can't believe in my 30 years I've never known that 😂 thanks! 🙏🏻
I've worked with Scottish people. The most authentic aspect of the voice acting in this game is the swearing. 😂
@@MrSporkster I was laughing so hard at how realistic the conversations were 😭

Falling off the rig to the scream of SHITE was fantastic
I could not be trusted in an actual oil rig 😭
Here comes Scotland to show us what death is and how terrifyingly inevitable it is. I love it!
We say numpty in Essex tbf but it's got a different vibe to when Scottish people say it
Such a good word!
Scotland represent let's go!

I'm sorry to hear that, and you mentioned you're not very good at stealth games, but if you do give it another go, I will definitely watch. Take care.
Rennick is so well-written, I think everyone has had a boss like him at least once in their life lol.
i loved hearing your perspective of this game
Thank you for watching and enjoying!

I wish we were taught Gaelic in school tbh! Thank you for the sub too 🥳
Now I can't wait for something like this but in Ireland
I would love that!
We say numpty in Yorkshire too.

And when you said if an American can understand this game, shockingly I ACTUALLY KINDA DID! Even Leccy! electric)! Which is so hilarious 🤣
That's awesome 🏴 learn all the fun slang, it'll come in handy hehe
