Also the reason why Maggie and Daryl turned their back was because Arats final words before killing the boy were, “no exceptions.” Those were said by Negan before finishing killing Glenn.
I feel like you guys missed the reason why Arat died. What did Negan say to the group after he hit Glenn once and destroyed part of his face? No Exceptions
They miss everything because they're too busy trying to compare things to the real world and not to the walking dead world and what the characters have gone thru
Everton Peterson I wanted that as well or they could have made Rosita bisexual and they hooked up but I’m sure if Rosita switched to girls then Tara would be her first choice since they’ve known each other for a while and I’m sure Rosita knows Tara has feelings for her because of their flirts they’ve had in previous seasons
"I was just following order" her alibi. She choose to follow Negan and killed people. Now these people are just following their heart and avenge their dead loved ones. This should be applicable to all Saviors, including Dwight. But we know trying to kill all of them will only result in a new war. Its a tough scenario. Best way is to hold off revenge and focus on survival.
So the Saviors have a right to be mad but the Oceanside doesn't? And also "no exceptions" were Negan's last words before bashing Glenn's head. So. Yeap. Fair enough.
That kind of thinking is what will further the divide between the groups. Maggie and Daryl are being idiots, thinking with emotion and letting it blind them. Most of the saviors have pitched in to help the cause; the only people that are consistently talking about revenge are Maggie and Daryl. They are duuuuuuuuuuumb.
Most of the saviors were just trying to survive but Simon, Arat, Justin, and others were sadistic and enjoyed the killing so yeah, they all deserved to be killed.

Kang and Lincoln are both heavily hinting in interviews that Rick won't be "gone" forever and that "the door is still open" for him. Not sure what that means but I'd say Rick might not have to die for Andrew to take a break from the show.
After this episode I am 90% sure that Rick won't die but he'll be taken by the helicopter. I am guessing that A's are leaders or people with strong personalities and B's are followers. Also someone pointed out that when Rick was held as hostage at the junkyard there was an A written in his "cell".
i don't think that's right. notice how Jadis always tries to get her A's bitten, i think a's are infected/ turning bc the community is doing tests. that's why the A helicopter was medical. also how could Bs be beta/followers if she told the heli "hes hurt but strong" about rick. i think bs are leaders/potential members for their community. it seems they don't need any more members since it took Jadis forever to get in, and every time she tries she's always seen with an A. but hey that's just my opinion
#teamrick because you can't make big decisions based on revenge or your own emotions because it never ends well. For example, Negan is locked up but caused a huge rift between everyone.
Rick slashing Negans throat was because of revenge and emotions , keeping him alive was about something bigger than revenge or emotions , it was about the future.
I LOVED your after thoughts and discussions. This episode was one of the first where I 100% agreed with you immediately after the episode finished. You're one of the few groups that I found that actually felt the same!
Chris you are wrong bruh, Negan's people struck first. They rolled up on Daryl, Sasha and Abraham on their way to Alexandria and did what they do best, try to oppress another group trying to survive. They would have made them choose a person or two to execute to send a message, unprovoked. The first group happened to get blown up, however, if that didn't happen they would have killed one of them, forced them to show them Alexandria's location and killed some more just so they could sit on their lazy asses while the rest of the communities scavenged for them. Screw the Saviors...although I felt bad about Arat... but hey karma's a bitch sometimes.
Everyone who says that Rick's group started the war with the Saviors when they attacked the outpost and killed people as they were sleeping is dead wrong. The Saviors attacked first when they put up a road block at the beginning of No Way Out in season 6 and were going to kill Abraham, Michonne, and Daryl to take their supplies. If Daryl hadn't blown them up with that RPG, the Savior leader Timmy would have definitely killed both Michonne and Abraham.

I'm 100% #TeamRick after this episode. This episode sparked a ton of morale dilemmas and reminded me why I love this show. BIG DISCUSSION POST. Feel free to leave your thoughts and opinions below! Not trying to come off hostile with my post, just trying to look at it from all angles and towards the future. As satisfying as it sounds to just kill a man like Negan outright, his suffering and pain would end there. No reflecting on how much of a shit human being he was, no regret, no suffering, nothing. He'd be dead and that's it. Where as if you lock him up in a cell to show that the world can make it just fine without him and force him to think about every decision he made up until that point and not be able to change anything, that to me is more punishment. Why do you think some hardened criminals kill themselves? Because the thought of facing the things they've done throughout their lives, and not being able to fix them or reconcile them as well as knowing they will never be free again is too much to handle and seems like a far worse and cruel punishment than death. So they take the easy, cowards way out with suicide. I would absolutely want them in a prison cell to rot for the rest of their miserable lives rather than ending it quick. Being able to visit them, gloat about how they are a worthless human being and won't ever have freedom again is a far more suitable punishment than the quick one of death. I agree that Maggie has been through a lot of loss and trauma up to this point, but so has everyone else. Another thing, it was not the entire group of the saviors that did all of these horrible things. Negan had the bat, Negan did the Lucille kills. Simon forcing the savior pawns to kill Oceanside claiming it was Negan's orders when it wasn't? Pure psychopath, some of the brute fighting force on Negan's side? Yes, they deserve death. But the workers, families, children, women, and those willing to change and build towards a better future? They do not deserve to die. If Rick would've killed Negan, though he did horrible things that would probably warrant death, if he killed him, the majority of the saviors would not have been okay with that and there would have literally been a near bloodbath losing tons on both sides until only one side was left standing. That is extremely counterproductive when you look at the future of this world. I'd rather have some able bodied people on my side that I might not get along with or have a bad history with than half as many people in total and nearly none of the working force for the hard labor. Without the saviors there will not be a bridge before the river rushes through which means trade will take much longer and resources will be wasted potentially causing shortages, panic and death within the remaining communities. But consider what some are suggesting here. Could people still sleep at night if they lined up every single one of the saviors, women, children, workers, farmers, builders, etc. and assassinate/massacre every single one of them? I know that I couldn't. And If people can, that's fairly disturbing to me. I understand wanting to "get rid of" the toxic members of the Saviors but unfortunately it's not that easy. What do you think those whom you don't necessarily consider toxic would think after seeing people they may have considered friends or family massacred for no reason? Most would not want to follow along with someone that did that. Rick is honestly trying to build a better world and future and you need as many people as possible to do so if you really want it to prosper and have a chance at truly thriving again. We can't discuss all of this without also addressing it from Negan's side too! That's another thing, Rick literally went and murdered an entire outpost of strangers based off of another strangers word in Season 6 when we were introduced to the Hilltop. Could all of those men been awful and murdered innocent people prior to Rick showing up? Yes, but we won't ever know if any of them were innocent because Rick and company massacred them while they slept. Look at the other outpost where we found Gracie, she had parents, to raise a child in this world you've gotta have some compassion and be somewhat of a decent human. And we also heard last week that there was another savior that went missing that had JUST had a kid with his wife/GF. From Negan's POV, though skewed, he see's this foreign group come in and murder 20+ saviors as well as the 8 guys in the road crew that aggressively confronted Abe, Sasha & Daryl (those were more justified imo b/c he legit said he was going to kill them). Though I did not really agree with the way that Negan ran things, you have to admit that he knew how to keep reckless people in line and make them productive which is an asset when you need hard manual labor done and most of those that can do it are reckless and/or toxic & bad people. Regarding the ending with Arat & the women from Oceanside, Arat honestly seems so genuine with how she was feeling. Most of the saviors that were under Negan were not obeying because they liked it, though some most likely were, those that weren't were doing so to survive and because they were scared. I felt so bad for her tbh. You could see it in her eyes and voice cracking that she knew what she did was wrong, was disgusted by it, and has been trying to change and become a better person and more functioning member. She was brainwashed by fear from Negan, hence the near robotic act of assassination on Olivia back in Season 7. She addressed Rosita and trust because she felt bad about what she had done and was trying to make amends for it. Though I completely understand why Maggie and Daryl feel the way they do, I just don't agree with them on this one. I don't think that Rick is going to die, I think Jadis is going to take him and he will be sent to where ever the helicopter is taking people. Then he will get some sort of Feature film depicting where he is and either the remainder of his journey there or how he will potentially make his way back years later. Great insightful reaction. Keep it up! Sorry for writing a novel lol.
All this inner conflict with the groups is going to backfire horribly, killing off more saviours is only going to make them weaker and by the time the whisperers reveal themselves they will be huddling and scraping for warmth, the last thing on their minds will be arguing over resources, past grudges and protection. Negan will definitely save all their asses without them even asking him. But that's kind of the point, many people still fall for this redemption/bait&switch arcs all the time.
I still wish they'd give Andy's character an open ending so he could get back anytime in the future. If they kill him off then there's no coming back. It's very unlikely, but I'm just hoping.
Oceanside was only getting revenge on Simon's group, Arat was the last person. So as long as Maggie n Daryl don't tell the other saviors won't find out. Mud already told Rick n Carol the saviors were quitting the bridge work, so maybe they still know who killed the kidnapped saviors
The answer to the question at 25:28 is that Justin saw familiar faces from the whole community(Alexandria, Seaside,Saviours,Kingdom etc) in the woods as he was leaving on Rick's command hence why he was happy and let his guard down.Unknown to him, they still haboured grudges from what the Saviours did to the Seaside community in the past. I am loving this season.I wish we didn't have any knowledge of Rick leaving 'cos I am watching the show with a lot of sadness and anguish thinking how he will exit the show.
Okay... This just makes you look inexperienced if you think progression and character development cannot happen in six episodes (let alone one). 3 episodes equate to an entire movie, mind you.
And while Sherlock is much longer the rest are just under 60mins I believe to TWDs 42-67min. Hell Luther has 4 seasons of only 16 eps. Just saying it can be done. 🤷🏻♀️
I knew the ocean side women killed Justin and the other Saviors the second that Cindy went to the cabin with Maggie and she didn’t bother helping her while Maggie dealt with the walkers that came out buying Beatrice time to pretend she was knocked out so the other women could grab Arat while all the groups were away
Yall need to stop comparing what Rick group did to the Saviors. This isn't about them. Oceanside group did nothing to Negan group. So they have every right to kill them. It's not Rick decision or Maggie decision what they do. That's the problem. Everybody thinking for others.
Love your reactions!!! I do think its unrealistic that one of the Oceanside women snatched up Justin, given how big he is in size. I like Negan's character but I was mainly interested in his character to see his relationship with Carl after the war but now since Carl is gone I'm wondering what they''ll do to keep him interesting.
there is a remake of Train to Busan in the works with James Wan attached as a producer and a sequel to the original film was confirmed by the main actor, Gong Yoo, a couple of months back.
this season is turning out to be much more better I like murder mysteries if I had to guess I believe they're starting The Whispers storyline because they keep saying A&B Alpha Beta those are the only two names I remember.
Revolution... what a mess of a show. Started off with swordfights in the woods, then everybody had full auto rifles with unlimited ammo. Fat guy somehow wore 16 yr old glasses that werent held together with baling wire and bubble gum. All the women wore tight jeans despite the fact that they were fighting a post apocalyptic war. Giancarlo Esposito was the best thing about that awful show.
I love all the call backs so far this season & the dialogue is pretty good too! I really wasn't feeling the 2nd episode due to the stupid decision to make the douche Savior guy be in charge of the walky talky, but I liked this 3rd episode much better (even though I'm not a fan of the Jadis flip flopping either). The ending in this episode was all around amazing! The acting was so good & the "No exceptions" line was strong! I also like how Oceanside started killing them due to seeing Maggie kill Gregory. Also Rick's line to Daryl, "Maybe it'll be one of the best decisions you've made, like not killing a guy who left your brother on a rooftop to die."
RICK IS NOT GOING TO DIE!!! Here's what happens to Rick in Episode 5....(take this theory to the bank) While Rick is taking supplies to the Sanctuary he is confronted by a herd of walkers, he tries to avoid them but runs into a group of Saviors (the same ones that left the group). The Saviors shoot Rick and leave him for dead, even arguing over who gets to kill him but they don't because the walker herd is getting close so they figure the walkers will kill him. Rick, near death, starts to hallucinate about his family and Shane, it's at that point where we see Shane telling Rick to get the hell up and move. Rick struggles to his feet being chased by the walker herd losing blood, continuing to hallucinate (there is also a dramatic song playing in the background while Rick's life hangs in the balance), he makes it to the to the Bridge (that is still being built) and this leads to the teaser scene where we see Rick laying on the ground and the entire group running towards him but the group is actually running to kill the walkers that were chasing Rick. I don't think Rick is going to die, it's my belief that Jadiss will take wounded Rick to that group that she was talking to on the walkie. Rick is the "A" Alpha (leader) that Jadiss needs to leave
Arat would not have been SMILING and taunting while shooting an 11 year old kid if she was doing it just because Simon was going to kill her if she didn't. She was just saying that to make Daryl and Maggie feel bad.
Instead of killing Negan in his cell Maggie gonna try and take him away from Alexandria to kill him. Rick will try and stop her resulting in Negan getting away but not before Maggie get off a couple shot at him one of the bullets will hit Rick
No matter how much warnings and time they give us to prepare us for ricks death. I’ll never be prepared and I’ll have the same reaction no matter what. I’m leaving this show after his death. I’ve always stuck through everything and started this show since the first episode aired. Rick is #1.
Also the reason why Maggie and Daryl turned their back was because Arats final words before killing the boy were, “no exceptions.” Those were said by Negan before finishing killing Glenn.

I agree.
I still wish they'd give Andy's character an open ending so he could get back anytime in the future. If they kill him off then there's no coming back. It's very unlikely, but I'm just hoping.
Train to Busan is awesome, but it takes place in Korea, not China.
I hope AJ knows the difference. lmao. And welcome back, Suraj!
Sickle Weed Dude!!! Train to Busan is awesome! Great flick. My guy Ma Dong Seok is in that. Huge fan of his! Who said China?! 🤨
@@wdarrellsmithjr AJ kinda did in the vid...he was talking about packed trains in China and then used Train to Busan as an example.
Oceanside was only getting revenge on Simon's group, Arat was the last person. So as long as Maggie n Daryl don't tell the other saviors won't find out. Mud already told Rick n Carol the saviors were quitting the bridge work, so maybe they still know who killed the kidnapped saviors
The rest of the Saviors will find out , there's no way they won't.
Rick was wrong; he should have killed Negan. If he had, Maggie would still be loyal. RIck brought this on himself.
(Sigh)Blah Blah Blah always point the finger Negan isn't going to be killed and that's final.
Remember it was Simon who killed all the Men in Oceanside without Negan knowing. He didn’t find out till after it was done.
Battle lines have been drawn..Rick and Carol vs Maggie and Daryl
Rick's interrogation of Daryl was best man to man dialog in a long time
Damn Rick last 2 episodes thought he would be in it until the season finale geez
#TeamRick
What game were u guys talking about at 14:15? Had me curious. I assume it’s Red Dead lol
Yep yep
Rick best savage moment...when he bit off dude face...need to go back and see that scene again...
Get all of you together for the reaction, we can wait.
A Chinese man went to court to divorce his wife and when the judge asked why, he responded: "I no come, she no come, but baby come. How come?"
That is a good point...I do wish there was a mention or some sort of high level review of what other parts of the world looks like through all this.
This season has been on a roll. Still waiting on how they will handle ep 5. Has me terrified.
I really don’t understand why ppl would want 6 episodes a season. They’d NEVER get shit developed at all. The show is perfect as is
Okay... This just makes you look inexperienced if you think progression and character development cannot happen in six episodes (let alone one).
3 episodes equate to an entire movie, mind you.
Peaky Blinders/Luther/Sherlock/The Fall/Happy Valley/Line of Duty/Bodyguard/The Office(UK)...you can do really well with 6 or less.
A short amount of episodes only works well if they're way longer than 45 minutes. (See TellTale Games' The Walking Dead)
And while Sherlock is much longer the rest are just under 60mins I believe to TWDs 42-67min. Hell Luther has 4 seasons of only 16 eps. Just saying it can be done. 🤷🏻♀️
Rinku San it can happen BUT in this massive universe with so many characters and stories it wouldn’t work
I knew the ocean side women killed Justin and the other Saviors the second that Cindy went to the cabin with Maggie and she didn’t bother helping her while Maggie dealt with the walkers that came out buying Beatrice time to pretend she was knocked out so the other women could grab Arat while all the groups were away
Yall need to stop comparing what Rick group did to the Saviors. This isn't about them. Oceanside group did nothing to Negan group. So they have every right to kill them. It's not Rick decision or Maggie decision what they do. That's the problem. Everybody thinking for others.
4:11 what did he say?
Love your reactions!!!
I do think its unrealistic that one of the Oceanside women snatched up Justin, given how big he is in size.
I like Negan's character but I was mainly interested in his character to see his relationship with Carl after the war but now since Carl is gone I'm wondering what they''ll do to keep him interesting.
I think Maggie and Daryl did the right thing letting Oceanside kill Arat.
there is a remake of Train to Busan in the works with James Wan attached as a producer and a sequel to the original film was confirmed by the main actor, Gong Yoo, a couple of months back.
“No exception” is the line Negan said when he swung at Glenn the first time
#TeamMaggie

@@Warthog.edu. there's gonna be Carnage
😆 y’all definitely have to do that skit
23:31 “...killed my husband.”
“You got the short hair...”
I sent the Pennywise & Georgie to Chris but I didn't see the unboxing video for the Georgie funko pop.
That one isnt out now for some reason but here is me thanking you for it. Thanks a ton hes going to go in between both clowns lol
You are welcome.
Ricks taking the helicopter out. He saw it when he first went into Atlanta when no one else did. Its symbolic.
missing the skits :(
kaycee rose As well.
Ik they turned back bc those words, “no exceptions”, were the same exact last words that Negan said to Glenn right before killing him.
this season is turning out to be much more better I like murder mysteries if I had to guess I believe they're starting The Whispers storyline because they keep saying A&B Alpha Beta those are the only two names I remember.
The episode is called Warning signs! You referred to next weeks episode
also, most of us would rather have a late reaction with all of you guys in it!
Rick has learned well from Dale and Hershel.. the wisdom and voice of reason has moulded deep into Rick hard this season
20:10 fffffssss suraj ur literally that one relative or friend who thinks they can get u every time lol
OMG CHRIS YOU WATCHED REVOLUTION?! I'd LOVE a video about it because so few people remember it and it was such a great show with tons of promise!
I watched it all and didnt like most all of it lol. But stuck around till the end.
Glad He's back! Sad he won't be next week ;(.
OMG!!! Remember Jadis wrote letter ‘A’ when she put Rick on the trailer.
Jesus christ she did
I wonder if Rick mentioning how Daryl let him live is foreshadowing... and that Daryl finally goes fully evil and ends up being the one to kill Rick.
Could it be Alden, (Maggie's new Savoiur buddy) be playing both sides?
A is alpha B is beta which is strange bc isn’t that what the whispers leaders are called?
@lord of gang frogs they can't mean Alive or Bitten because before Jadis knocked Gabriel out, she "and all this time, i thought you were a B"
AJ Train to Busan is a South Korean movie
I honestly don't think they're into the show anymore. Hell this is only 1/3 of the group!!!
If they kill Glenn look-a-like we riot.
I think A & B mean Alpha & Beta, hinting at Whisperers. Also Rick killed those guys season 2 in a bar with Hershel & Glenn not a convenience store.
I bet a whisperer is gonna be revealed in the episode rick is leaves.
I hope
IF my air BNB was watching Walking Dead, I would give it highest rating. Regardless.
lol she bounced the next morning
The shit hitting the fan and foreskin conversations is what I live for
I too miss season 1 days
#teamrick
I don't mind a late reaction to have one with the group there.
the whole A and B thing with Jadis. Was that why Daryl was wearing that sweatshirt with "A" on it when he was a prisoner at the sanctuary last season?
Probably not but jadis wrote A on the container where she locked rick in
@@pokka626 ah good eye. I forgot about that
Maggie and Daryl are going to be the reason why rick dies.
What’s your favorite walking dead episode I love y’alls reactions keep it up
RICK IS NOT GOING TO DIE!!!
That uh, guy at 4:40 reminds me of somebody, I just can't quite think of who......
Im not sure but is it one of those guys who got beaten to death by Negan. What was his name?
what arat said to cyndie before killing her brother was "no exceptions" exactly wat negan said to them when he killed glenn
Best season since season 6 NGL
Instead of killing Negan in his cell Maggie gonna try and take him away from Alexandria to kill him. Rick will try and stop her resulting in Negan getting away but not before Maggie get off a couple shot at him one of the bullets will hit Rick
Rick and your fresh start in 9x05
She said no exceptions, like when Negan killed Glen
"Just like Michonne"😂
😂 13:58 to 15:07 funniest sht ever.
Suraj is finally back!!
The end of season 8 wasn't a flash forward.
No matter how much warnings and time they give us to prepare us for ricks death. I’ll never be prepared and I’ll have the same reaction no matter what. I’m leaving this show after his death. I’ve always stuck through everything and started this show since the first episode aired. Rick is #1.
