If you click on ai you have to scroll down to “Find good clips” you won’t see it until you scroll on the window of the initial options that pop up

I have a video on that and a video on editing for interviews with Descript in our pipeline! Great question though. What has worked best for us is to give juicy clips from statements in the interviews at the beginning as a preview. But the real strategy comes down to: what juicy clips do you choose? Hope that makes sense.
