1- when are you planning to put an after market exhaust on to your cbr650r and which one?
2- I can't understand malayalam so can you make the vlogs on your english channel .like informative vlogs which you make in your malayalam channel can you make those on your english channel. Missing your vlogs that you made on Your english channel too much.

Just bought this one. Very happy with the smooth and calm nature of the engine. Knowing that I can go crazy anytime I take it past 6k rpm. Getting regular 30kmpl in mixed conditions before 1st service.
Great choice! What were your other considerations before narrowing down on the 250? Were you looking within the Duke family (D200, Husqy, D390) or the larger 250 segment bike catalog such as the FZ, Gixxer, Dominar, etc? How does it 'feel' to ride on a daily basis in the city traffic? I am leaning towards an all-rounder profile like the Duke 250 or Honda 350.
@@KB-cu3bw i was looking at everything at first, then narrowed it to Gixxer 250 naked and Duke 250. I personally liked the Gixxer sf 250 in blue and silver livery but I had to consider the handle bar position as my daily ride is nearly 70km on an avg. I canceled the following bikes for-
1. Dominar 250 - sluggish handling and thin tyres. Very heavy considering the power.
2. Hasq'ies - very good bikes for the price but for thin people only. Saddle comfort is lacking in long rides. Very narrow seats.
3. D390- would have been great but I need a little bit of efficiency.
4. 250 Adventure- pricey and not vfm at all.
5. Gixxers- The most logical choice was the naked gixxer for me. They offered similar performance untill 90-100 kmph as the D250. Very agile, easy to maintain and steller price. Only problem was colour option. I already own the blue moto gp livery Gixxer sf, and the other one was black which I don't prefer. If they had a decent colour combination, I would have went for it. Super Vfm bike.
D250 vs Gixxer 250- well D250 is a no compromise bike and they ask the price for it. 50k more on road than the gixxer. But you are getting D390's headlight, braking system and 43mm USD forks, also comes with side stand engine kill, class leading 30bhp power, slipper clutch and bwautiful colour options. These are the points I went for the D250. It is a good cruiser too.

@@MikBan how's the cornering in this bike??....do u feel the eagerness of it to lean into corners....am planning to move to 250 cc segment...been riding the MT-15 which is very impressive in corners...
So i just want to know the handling ability of the Duke 250 especially in corners.....and also the ground clearance...do Indian speed breakers pose a problem to the D250??...
@@legendarypo183 handling of Mt 15 and D250 is very different. D250 is a top heavy bike, so it feels heavy when you try to park it compared to Mt15 which felt to me like a 125 cc. Top heavy bikes lean to corners more eagerly. The cornering stability of duke with the sheer road grip is unmatched. Both the bikes will corner with same enthusiasm when duke will feel more confident especially after getting used to the weight.

Owner of the last available batch. May 2023 KTM 250 Duke, Ebony Black.
1. Amazing suspension. 10/10 Superb would be an understatement.
2. Excellent ABS.
3. Beautiful exhaust note. Great and very reliable engine and exhaust. Brilliant electronics.
4. Top notch build quality. You see it in person and you will be blown away! (if it's a clean bike)
5. The 250 is such an amazing engine for the duality it offers. It can be super snappy / agile or very relaxed! A gem of an engine. Refined for sure. It is both a cruiser and a sports bike!
6. Great brakes. The front brake is brilliant. 9.5/10 (better pads can help!) AMAZING!

After owning a Duke 250 bs6. Some things from me to say.
*From my side, it doesn't feel much difference from Duke 200 when you ride it. I couldn't feel the difference.
*Looks is stunning, but seems to lack confidence as we get closer to the fairings.
* Decent mileage for a 250cc
*The ground clearance is a bit low for me, but that will depend on where you take the bike. I still hit the underbelly on various sudden bumps. Speed brakers are okay.
*You need to be atleast 5'10 to be able to plant both your feet comfortably on the ground (without passenger) Ofcourse even a 5'2 person can ride it as well but it will be frustrating . After a passenger sits, it's decreased by about 2 or 3 inches (Weight of people also have an affect).
*I don't know why but I faced problems with fuel indicator and abs failure but I guess that's just my fault.
And also missing problem at times if you ride just after you start the ignition.
*Gearbox isn't much of a difference from the bs4 version. Still not as smooth as others say (specially during upshifts).
*Bike overall does a decent job at its range, couldn't expect much. No major engine problems till now.

I already own this bike, bought on October 2020. I feel the ground clearance is low for uneven city speed breakers other than that no complaints what so ever, wonderful machine.
I guess the price on road is 2.60 lakh INR instead of 2.9 lakh as you said. I bought it for 2.45 lakh on road Mumbai.

I too have bs6. Duke 250 for ground clearance I used a technique which working great for me used to brake earlier when a speed breaker approach and release the brake with slight acceleration before hitting the speed brake in that way the suspension travel increases and the motorcycle doesn't scrape.

Duke 250 and dominor 250 share the same engine and dominor 250 has bit low power compared to duke. You have mentioned this is kind of lazy machine in low rpm . do you feel the same with dominor 250? Bcz in dominor 250 top you have achieved is around 135 but in duke it's 125 I know it's because of cross wind but what's your opinion on the torque of dominor 250 and duke 250.

Duke 390 or Duke 250 hich one has the best refinement engine & which one is the best for driving in city and occasional highway runs suggest me bro😎.
D250 has more refinement for sure. If you are not looking for high speeds on highways as well as sprints in traffic, D250 is a good choice. Otherwise D390.

Dominar is for sure value for money 😁. The one reason to look for D250 is that, the rider is a KTM fan who want that feel of KTM, which feels nimble and lighter.

You already have a short stroke motorcycle (ns160) , i would suggest you to get the Honda hness so you get the feel of long stroke.

Nice Review, Im looking to purchase duke 390 but my opinion gets changed. But my main concern is the seat height. My height is 5'4". Please suggest it for touring or should I go with ninja 300 for touring. But it has low ground clearance.
I am not sure if you have got chance to ride a Ninja 300 whole heartedly 😊. Thats such a beautiful bike for almost all use. No comparison with 390 in terms of ridabikiry because it's 2 cylinder and bit more comfortable ergonomics. I can tell you one thing, we get adjusted to the clearance of the bike 😁. I ride a 135mm clearance bike everywhere. I got use to it, I take it slow on taller humps and deeper pot holes 😇

RR310 is a more sporty and faster motorcycle. If you are looking for a sports tourer, then RR is a good choice. If you want a upright tourer D250 is a good.
