At 1:32 , that is clearly a hypothesis and not a theory. Seriously, you need to do some real Science before you can understand the Scientific Method. It is sad that you think you know.

It's important to note that you shouldn't conflate the word theory, which is an explanation of how something might have occurred, with a scientific theory, which is a set of scientific facts that give an explanation to a certain phenomenon. Those represent two different meanings of the word theory.
