@hermanknivesofficial I recently purchased Dragonfly Gen 3, #353 I think this knife is amazing! I love it! I was working on dialing in my pivot to be a little looser and in doing so one of the ceramic balls cracked. I must have tightened it a little too much while trying to dial it in. I am working with @polishcustomknives to get a replacement set, however they do not know the measurements to replace the bearings and asked if I can provide the inner and outer diameter of each bearing. I measured 4mm inner diameter and 12 mm outer diameter. Are these measurements accurate and can I buy an extra set of bearings? Any assistance would be appreciated!

Yes, you measured it correctly. Polish Custom Knives will send you a new set of bearings.😉

@@HermanKnivesOfficial Thanks for letting me know! Your knives and now pens are functioning works of art. So cool to see behind the scenes in how you make them.

@@HermanKnivesOfficialSimilar situation here, except I didn't touch the pivot. PCK also sent me replacement bearings and washers for my Dragonfly #301. When I disassembled the knife to install the new parts, I noticed the detent ball was gone. I guess it popped out. I tried to replace it, but the lockbar won't hold on to the detent ball now. I don't have the tools or skill to 'fix' the Ti lockbar. I'll probably have to send the knife back to Poland. I have other Herman knives that are beautiful with zero issues, but I think Dragonfly #301 came to me with issues, since the bearings and washers were destroyed on the first deployment. Not my favorite knife unboxing.
