Look is very important and I can't argue that. Accuracy is basically the same for me and mostly for you as well. Why I went with the Ping G400? Simple--the feel is amazing and you can't really argue this. Anyone could get use to the anesthetics of the Ping and therefore this is the winner for me. I was recently in my local golf shop and there were ~ 12 guys looking for drivers--testing Callaway, Titleist, Cobra, TM, Ping, etc,. Most of them left with the Ping G400 driver and few with the Callaway Epic that day. Very interesting. I walked out with a #3 and #5 Ping wood and with the Ping G400 driver as my next purchase. I am a little confused about how you said the M2 was more accurate on the Launch monitor but the M2 was 5.2 yards offline but the G400 was only 3.5 overall averages. Solid review though. Ping typically doesn't release clubs just to release them so I tend to respect them more than say Callaway, Taylormade, etc.
The launch monitor can be a bit misleading on this... You can hit a big slice then a big hook and come away with a 0 dispersion. With the PING I hit one drive 16 yards right and then another 18 yards left. Overall I was definitely more accurate with the TaylorMade
How is the comparison using the hitting machine? Human error is millimeters and can impact a swing. Ping is a lighter club, so that could throw you off.
Strange that you give the G400 more Wins in Head to Head competition yet select the M2 ????. I have owned and gamed both, But , It was the G400 that everything Better For me than the M2.

If you look at all drives in the table, the M2 took the right rough out of play, while the G400 was less predictable left and right.

M2 provides free shaft upgrades . Ping doesn't, which is a real bummer considering ping is already more expensive than m2.
