Ma Shaa ALLAH Naz, I am a regular follower but never comment. This story talks to me and I am sure it's talking to the new mothers. I was adapting to everyone schedule until I had my lil one. The post partum help me realise that I forgot about myself while I was trying to be a good wife and a good mother. It's really important to value yourself, it's essentiel and you can not do without it. In our cultur mother doesn't live for the themself but they have to be a good mother and a "gaari". At the end she realises a bit to late that she is old and byherself. We need to talk more about the self estime. It's a very good subject that I hope you will emphasis in Shaa ALLAH. Habo Isnino I was always a fan of her and would to see her more so she can transmit her knowledge and her phylosophy.
Thank you so much for sharing a part of your story and journey to self love. It’s a constant reminder to really take care of ourselves before anyone else. Because if we re broken how can we be able to help et nurture our family and loved ones. ❤️❤️❤️
