Обратился к Сергею за помощью, написал на почту, после недолгой переписки, Сергей попросил отправить блок управления ему для ремонта. Два дня работы, и блок был готов и выслан мне обратно, после чего его установили на автомобиль и о проблеме я забыл! Сергею выражаю огромную благодарность за профессионализм. Адекватные цены и на связи с клиентом. А для тех, кому интересно и кто дочитал до конца, проблема была такая. Автобиль Skoda Octavia a7 2014г DSG, при нагреве вылетала передача в нейтраль, а если автомобиль глушишь, то пока не остынет, не заводится.

I feel skilled to do the sensor replacement but I am missing some technical information to perform the work properly. Do you know the manufacturer's tightening torque of the 7 M6 Torx head black bolts that maintain the 0AM ECU on the Mechatronic body ? Thanks
Firstly great informations, congratulations... What can cause lost communication with TCM when it's hot? When car is cold everything is ok , when it become hot while working,losts communication with ECM.

Hi thanks for great video. on one dq200 that im playing with, i get all voltages according to the video, except for 3.3 v on the top . i also get 6.2 v instead of 7.7v next to where there is no 3.3. would the sensor cause this no voltage or the board needs some soldering

@@scat-7842 Thank you for the reply. So if all voltages are correct as per your video, and instead of 3.3, on that top solder point, it shows 0, then what else can i look for. According to transmission shop, they changed this plate and all was good. What else can cause this plate to be faulty
I have thought that it might be something like that or a bad connection in the dsg7 controller board as its randomly loosing connection. Don't fancy replacing the whole mechatronics unit

@@scat-7842 i got the board out. When i took the cover i had a small surprise. The board was filled with oil. I suspect that someone was messing with the board before. Jelly that covers the board didnt like the the oil and it changed its consitency a bit. It bit more runny at the moment

When car is cold everything is ok , when it become hot while working,losts communication with ECM.

What is the error number? You need to connect diagnostics and check the sensors. Or check with an oscilloscope, if you have one.
