why are you showing a foul ball
I would love to see more slomos of foul balls, pop ups, and roll overs
Excalty, why show mistakes.
During his steroid days he was the best hitter in the history of MLB. He got walked with the bases loaded. That's how good he was.
Funny thing is, no hitting instructor in Baseball would teach young kids to drop their hands like Bonds did....Dave Ortiz did that to....funny how some guys go against everything that would be taught and become great.
It has a lot to do with how controversial he is. Bonds had amazing mechanics and the Roids only increased his stamina and add around 9ft on every homerun. Bonds was good pre Roids.
Same with Steph Curry coaches wouldn't teach Curry's form but they are great and it works for them. BB had great hand and bat speed he could get away with more.
It doesn't matter that he dropped the hands that's just part of his load. The hands move back up.
