Hitting: What is the Scissor Kick??

Man I've thought I saw it all, but some of the drills I've been seeing and referencing a scissor kick, are out there!!
The scissor kick is not forced, we do not try to slide our foot out from behind us.
The scissor kick is a natural byproduct of us doing something in the swing...
And if you are doing drills like the ones in the video, it might be time to change instructors
