- On this week's episode of Onboard Lifestyle, we finally succeed in dropping anchor at the beautiful Isla Isabel. This bird haven is full of blue footed boobies, frigates, brown pelicans, white-tailed tropical birds, Heerman's gulls, sooty tern, brown noddies, and iguanas. We wished we could have stayed longer, but must push South for Banderas Bay. Come back next week as we begin to say goodbye to friends heading in opposite directions and start working on some boat projects...see you then!

Where did the time go, seamed like just not that long ago they where up in Wa doing all that work on the boat so she would be ready for this trip.

Isla Isabel was my wife's favorite anchorage from our three years cruising in Mexico. Glad you finally reached it. We anchored the same place you did, but there were only two other boats with us and no day tourist. I enjoy your video.

Oh this was a beautiful area!
One of my favourite anchorages, I drop my anchor in front of the Rock, exactly as shown in Shawn and Heathers cruising guide. It's a great break in the sail from Mazatlan to Punta Di Mita(Another favourite). I Even anchored there at midnight on one trip after my radar went out earlier in the evening. I have been following your channel as I am leaving San Diego again at the end of october and making my way eventually to Panama. Thanks for the helpful tips..
Frigates look odd on the ground or a perch .. a bit like seeing a swift it’s a creature out of its element. ❤

We did meet up with Brady in La Paz but he was going to hang out there to see Brian, Kazza, and Nugget before heading back north to Tahoe.

Last night I dreamed that this video had a different title.... -------- Or did I? :0)
At the age of 82 and converted into a home body due to health issues, I follow several Sailing Video's and at the top of my list is Onboard Lifestyle and SV Delos. I worry at times when I see Sailing folks jump in the Ocean to swim and due to my age and the youth of a lot of people who sail I worry about sharks and wondering if you use some kind of technology that warns you of danger? Any imput will ease my negative thoughts will be appreciated.

We saw only a couple of Boobies in Loterto but at Isla Mariettas near Puerto Vallarta they were everywhere. Very cool.
