    I like that you used high speed during some of the "bolting down". Now if we could actually work that fast in reality. :)

      Totally wish I could work that fast in real life! Glad you liked the fast forwards :) Thanks for watching!

    If you use a hand siphon pump the job is a whole lot cleaner.

    What symptoms was you car having my 71 cutlass is having problems and I think its the radiator

      My radiator was leaking and not cooling as well. So, just swapped it out and it helped. What helped the most was getting dual fans.

    I’m tryna order a champion radiator for my 1980 cutlass surpreme but I’m a lil confused on outlet and inlet hose positions, if I’m not mistaken my radiator should look exactly like your but have 3 rows, is the inlet hose on the driver side ? ( from a drivers perspective and the radiator is facing you) ?

    How it hold up

    I’m looking at the same radiator for my 1980 cutlass, okay so would the inlet be the higher radiator hose or the lower one, when I order it online it asks me if my inlet location is in the drivers side, cost a lil extra

    Is it fine to also run the trans cooling lines to an external trans cooler? For those that buy a radiator with no trans cooling

    • @ChadWilliamsFixesAll

      Absolutely! I have actually been toying around with the same idea.

      Chad Williams it’s cus there’s a huge section with out trans fittings
      I’m ordering one from eBay with 12” efans @ 1400cfm and shroud for $180 & a separate trans cooler for $20 . Pricing is Not bad at all

    • @ChadWilliamsFixesAll
      @ChadWilliamsFixesAll  5 років тому +1

      Ahhh, that makes sense. If you are going to run an external trans cooler, no need for the radiator trans cooler :)

    • @betosgarage
      @betosgarage 5 років тому

      Chad Williams the trans should be safe tho right running it like that? I hope it don’t over heat by running it Seperae with a small cooler

    do you know the difference between the two core and the three core? I was just about to order the three core when I saw your video might save me money if I only need the two core instead

      The Champion 2 core radiator is about $155 and the Champion 3 core radiator is about $215. Here is the link to the 2 core in my video: amzn.to/2PdGkb7

      Also are the nylon mounting rods easier or just zip tie?

      And can you show the process on how to install the alternator? My negative for my alternator has a butt connector instead of the loop to go into the stud

    • @ChadWilliamsFixesAll
      @ChadWilliamsFixesAll  5 років тому

      It all depends how the radiator bushings look. I would totally recommend the nylon mounting rods. They are worth the $5
