I cocked it up and got Bourtons in half a size too large...put an insole and heel liner in and they fit well, but I can't help but think of what they'd be like if I got them in exactly the right size. My next purchase might be Stow boots, so this is a big help!

@@Trickers-Shoes They actually fit just right now with a little breaking in. I absolutely love them. I thought the signature acorn color would be a bit much but turns out it’s just enough, haha.
I bought some Bourton country shoes a couple of months ago, I ended up with a 10G, in Crocket and Jones I’m a 9.5G, I couldn’t get my feet into the 9.5G Burtons due to the bellows tongue. Now the shoes are broken in they feel too big, but they are still difficult to get into. These shoes without the bellows tongue would be perfect.
Hi MasterChief, Some of our styles are a Tricker's Width Fit 6. These shoes are suitable for wider feet. In the UK this wider fit is known as a G fitting. Our standard fit is a 5 fit, this is known as an F fitting. For wider feet (6 width) we would advise our Keswick shoe, if you're looking at the Bourton style. @@Trickers-Shoes Bourton and Keswick are made on the same last, aren't they going to have the same fit? The problem with the Keswick is the bellows tongue, it's makes them difficult to put on which forces you into a larger size then you would normally wear.

@@MasterChief37 The last for the Keswick is a 4444 6 fit where as the last for the Bourton is a 4444 5 fit.
So being size UK 12 I’d be unable to find my correct size(11.5) for Bourton shoes or any shoes with the 4444 last?
Unfortunatley, we typically don't make 11.5. Please try a size 11 and a size 12 on for size.

their shoes dont fit me. Im a typical size 9 UK and their loafers are so large for me.
