@@imgreekgeek same! his vocals are so powerful, idk how he does it 🤩
Billy Idol is rock and roll...Billy is the most gorgeous creation of greatness on the planet. I miss you and love you.
Well he's not dead and still releasing music. 😁
Billy and Steve were a match made in heaven.....too bad he wasn't there
What does this mean
@@DanielBrown-fy7ll Steve Stevens played guitar and toured on most of Idol's early albums, but they had split up before this tour. They are currently recording and touring together again.
Excellent concert. My favorite in this show has to be the some kind of underrated song "Prodigal Blues".
I'm 47 I have always loved this dude SENCE I've heard his music 🎶 when I was around 12 ? Idk but still love him and my 15 yr old has been listening to rock music since he could walk!! He loves Billy Idol....we still listen to nothing but metal & rock music in our house...
Punk rock to the core,he didn't let a motorcycle accident slow him down.A truly talented musician and songwriter, with incredible voice control you can tell he earned it with all those punk rock shows with Gen X.
He looked slowed down here
@@RichV20 probably because he was still recovering from getting mangled in his bike accident. Hence the cane at the beginning.
Billy Idol is the Rock and Roll version of Elvis. . . When Billy Smiles. . .It will give you Whiplash
Cyberpunk Elvis ;)
@@aleksandarpejcic2077 Rock n roll Elvis!? Lol I thought Elvis was the inventor of rock n roll? I get what you mean that,Billy's more of the hard core rock star.
Applaud the Rock Star trust me Elvis did not invent rock n roll. At least not what it was in the 80s.
"The RnR version of Elvis"?????? Fk me, I can hardly believe I read that!!! Elvis was RnR before Billy was born or heard of!
THere s a bit of Jim Morrison in him too.
Pourquoi prend t-on tant de plaisir à vivre ces concerts ?.. Parce que nous sommes tous connectés !!! Quels plaisirs intenses.!!!Merci Billy 💕💕💕🌈😍
I love his music today as much as I did in the 1980s. Love Billy. And this is a great live set.
The 1980's and 90's had some of the best bands.
It was the time when record labels actually gave a F about artists and took a chance. Now they're only in it for the money and whatever garbage product they put out. Because its not music.
and some of the worst as well.
@@Romchikthelemon true. I love the 60s-90s but the 80s had a ton of crap music as well as all time greats. Eddie van halen as great as he was unintentionally spawned off a ton of evh wannabes. A lot of songwriting was lousy and shredders mindlessly shredding w/o any real substance. The 70s were my favorite era. Billy idol was one of the great ones tho and Steve stevens an awesome guitarist... too bad he's absent in this concert.
i thourghly enjoyed that. sheri Sept 1969,so.....nice.and I actually needed this
I was at this concert...it was definitely at Wembley arena and was friggin awesome!
I wish I could have been there too!
I was there too, he played 2 nights, I went to both.. fantastic..
@@wrights8 two nights of bliss and rock n roll. Damn how I wish I had been there
Lol so all y'all went?
Someone transport me please back to this concert!
I’d be jumping about and bobbing my head up and down. Dance like it’s the 80s-90s.
I will always love this man!
The backing singers have fantastic microphones! ....I couldn't take my eyes of em.
Indeed 🥺
Да, их микрофонные стойки такие трогательные.
This is my all time favourite version of rebel yell!
Really really enjoyed this performance. Billy is fantastic live.
Hallo.31 years in the concert amazing fantastic.Billy super vocalist super Rockstar.Thank you.
If I am not mistaken, He opened here for Depeche Mode - Violator Tour... I was here...19 years old & in the American Air Force stationed at RAF Upper Heyford in Oxford shire UK... Took a train to London... I am 51 now & it seems like only a few days ago... Like Farris Buller said... "Life moves pretty quick"...
Great music that what make awake
To me, Billy Idol is truly "An Angel with a Mask" He is a gem of a being. There can never ever be another Billy Idol. I wonder with all his so presumed licentious lifestyle, why hasn't there been a single controversy surrounding him and the numerous women that he presumably could have slept with? That proves the true character of the man!
billy is so underrated
Whiplash Smile!
I miss me ol' classmate, so sad he's gone now, a dear, dear friend who loved Billy Idol.
Billy Idol was a big part of my late 80s life!!
Sweet 16 to a moaning Mona
From a White Wedding to Rebel Yell
He is alive and well
@@KVeneris no, not Idol but my dear friend who used to really like him
Legend forever!
Billy Soundtrack of my life!
His voice is unic unforgetable!

Those girls are an essential part of Billy Idol
I was there ! I believe the support act was Gene loves Jezebel, Awesome gig.
So true, every Word. He's in deed n1 world class. Best rocker ever.
I absolutely love Billy, but I need Steve too!
A Hall of Fame only for Billy and Steve. They will not share it with anyone else.
He's breathtaking! 😍
Wonderful music and never ever in life will go out of style...!
It's timeless.
Best of Artist... Rebel Yell
Amazing energy!! So dedicated ...Sweet 16 ❤
The original Bad Ass!!
My favorite rock star. I saw him in 1988 at Alpine Valley WI. This performance at Wembley is one for the ages!
Got this concert in Dec. 1990 at Maimarkthalle/ Mannheim.....what a time
Billy Idol and guitarist Mark Younger-Smith performing on stage at the Wembley Arena in London on the 20th December, 1990.
I am a fan of Billy s since I am 25 years old. His songs never bored me. And his persona is fascinating as much as his extraordinary looks. Keep it up Billy you are a SUN.
I was there, Amazing, Skull and glitzy entrance... Wembley Arena December 1990. I was with a South African friend, travelled down from Oxford Poly... superb. And still superb..... 😎
Voz maravilhosa.
Wow wow wow...great band, sexy girls, and fantastic Billy..... love the Guitar Player, absolutely killer!!
49:39 "Yes, Willem don't crawl.”
The original lyrics to the song were "Yes, Billy don't crawl”, but he changed it for his son's name, Willem, who was almost 2 years old at the time.
Honestly that reference suprised me in a good way. So subtle, so quick yet so tender, I believe. How gentle of him as a rockstar who is also a father.
Billy's real name is William, and it might even be Willem in his native country for all we know. You don't know 100% he was referencing his son, especially if he's a Jr.
@@cocotower what? Billy is from england where his Name is obviously William. Its clear that he meant his son willem who is named after him.
@@madridista89 If Billy's name is William, and his son's name is Willem, he didn’t name him after himself. William and Willem are two different names.
@Michael Harrington well duh 🙄 still very similiar and clearly showing how they wanted a name close to billy's real name. And still doesn't change the fact that Billy sings willem in prodigal blues live sometimes because of his son.
@@madridista89 "duh"? You're the one who said he named him after himself, when they have two different names.
Cresci ouvindo boa parte dessas musicas.......Billy Idol é ótimo no que faz.......PURO ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........PARABENS BILLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great show! Nice version of EYES WITHOUT A FACE. ... now th anthem for 2020 😷

Szeretem a "mostani" és a 30 évvel ezelőttit is. A tehetsége megkérdőjelezhetetlen.Amugy még mindig jó pasi.
Az ő korosztálya vagyok! A kis nyalas, lányos fiúk irigyelhetik, tehetsége, tudása és külleme miatt!
"Eyes without A Face" & Sweet Sixteen" Billy could sing and still rocks it
True, Billy is just great👍👏. Lots of love from Germany 😁😎
