CAG of India conducts revenue audit exam (RAE) in which two papers are there first one is direct tax means income tax and second one is IDT means indirect taxes in which GST, Customs Act, Excise Act, MMDR Act 1957 means mines and minerals, Motor Vehicle Act, Registration Act, Indian stamps Acts are in syllabus. Most of the lectures and objective MATERIALS are available on the internet on GST and income tax but materials especially on Customs Act, Excise Act, MMDR Act 1957 means mines and minerals, Motor Vehicle Act, Registration Act, Indian stamps Act are not available on the web.
I am trying to make you available some important objectives on the above topics which has most important role in RAE exam. Please watch the video and find some important objectives questions and answers (in bullet). It will surely be helpful to qualify your second paper RAE-II. This chapter MMDR Act has weightage of 4 marks that will help YOU to qualify the RAE exam. It will also be helpful for others like CA, CMA, LLB, who are preparing for other competitive exams.
