Velomobile in a Velodrome - Scunthorpe BHPC 40min slower race 200621

This is the British Human Power Club (BHPC) Slower 40 minutes + 1 lap race help at Quibell Park Stadium in Scunthorpe on 20th June 2021. Other than the best of 3 laps race earlier in the day, where everyone goes one after the other and does 3 laps and the fastest lap counts towards the result, this is my first race on a velodrome. My first time on a velodrome was earlier that day and the first corner on the banked track felt very scary until I got up to speed. I was riding my Strada Velomobile and at the end was racing hard against Alex on his Ratracer DeVille by Mike Burrows. I won't tell you the result other than to say that we both recorded the same time!!! It was a great weekend of racing with 2 races in York the day before.
