@@justtennessee2652I’ll mention that I watch a couple of channels like this, but there are some differences.
This guy is an officer of the Court executing a Court order to evict. That means he’s legally in charge of the property when he’s there.
There is another channel where the guys evicting are not court officers. This is a “section 8” and low income housing eviction. The courts don’t do the eviction. So the homeowner has won the judgement to have them legally removed, but the police and courts don’t actually enforce it.
This means the owner has to hire someone basically big enough and tough enough to just move the stuff out whether the people being evicted like it or not. It’s a much different scenario.
For instance, in one video, the people in the home pushed a refrigerator up against the front door and held it there trying to keep the evictors out, while two really big guys pushed the door open. It was funny to watch.

So sad how quickly the neighbors will show up to take your stuff off the side of the road instead of watching your stuff and helping you load it up to take where ever you are going. When you are being evicted, usually you are having hard times and don’t have money to rent a truck and a storage to store your stuff. Much less being able to afford another place to live. So sad! Rent comes first before anything else. Thumbs up! Please keep the videos coming!

This house is actually really scary. I don’t know what it is but it gives off a creepy vibe with him walking around inside there. I expect a ghost to pop out from behind the door. I can remember the house I grew up in was no big deal but always cheery, then they sold it to my brother who redecorated with dark shag carpeting and dark panel walls like this one, because dark colors were in vogue then. It made the once cheery house feel like a morgue.

People have no compassion when they see someone's been set out, the only thing they think of is what can they get from someone's misfortune, its sad. It literally breaks my heart when I see someone has been set out. These things are all people have in the world and its sad to see others in a hurry to take something that doesn't belong to them, not giving the person it belongs to the opportunity to come back for it. I don't like pawn shops for the same reason, someone has to sale their precious things for whatever reason. Obviously there's a need or they wouldn't sale their things and we profit from others misfortune.
What astonishes me about these videos is not even once have I seen neighbours come and HELP with their belongings - either store them for them or arrange van or storage unit or anything actually - even just a porch to sit down on until everything's done 😢😢😢

It's easy critisize someone like u doing a job serving/evicting ppl , but at the end of the day , we all want to live in a society with rules/laws, we just get mad when the rule/law affects US. But watching your videos, i've come to realize u do ur best to help and stand up for the evicted/forclosed parties in any way u can. And that includes u confronting neighbors that swoop in trying to take their items!! U can't control what happens when ur gone, but u can tell them it's wrong while u there. It's amazing how ppl not only fail to pay their bills, but they will also leave just about everything they own. So it's not even just a "I can't pay" problem. It's a "I'm too lazy to do anything for myself" problem.

Looks pretty clean to me. And obviously they were very sick. So give them a break. They moved. Medical is very expensive. When you have the choice to pay to stay alive or pay rent...which would you do?

This also wasn’t a normal eviction. This was a foreclosure. It seemed like people owned this place for a very long time and their health got bad, resources dried up and they tried hard for many years to save their home and the fight was over. Unfortunately they didn’t have anyone in their lives to help them move their bigger items and had to just take what they could physically carry out. I agree, if the neighbor was any kind of neighbor and man at all he would have been doing what he could to help them being able bodied. Instead he probably came over everyday leading up to this being nosey about moving day and listening to them talk about what they could and couldn’t take and he was already eyeballing what he wanted.
I grew up in the projects and unfortunately people being evicted brings out the vultures. I wish more people had compassion in this world.
