      Naa 3 days continuous ah panen timing la ethuvum kidayathu neenga eppo vena unga free time la panalam . Naa one day mrng panen next day evng panen enaku eppo time iruko appo panen.. naa 3 days tha work out panen next day naa panala I have no time to do that, but naa three days panathuke I got super result after 5 th day I got periods.. so u don't think that time when you are free you will do definitely you get good result 👍😊
