    Mam, I got PCOD continuously 2 months (September and October) irregular period and some body pains mom said it's pregnant symptoms then I check pregnancy kit result- negative and HCG test is also negative so I do your period exercise today drop of bleed after 2 hours...Mom said it's spotting...I don't know mam pls suggest me mam

    Thanks for giving the best exercise for uterus My periods was late for 60 days . From missed 10 th day am consulting a doctor. After 15 days they ask me to take MEPRATE tablet. I took and then waited for 10 after consuming the tablet. Then again I visited my gynecologist. She told to wait for 5 days . This is the first time in my 37 year I am missing my periods more than 10 days. I was too worried and got stressed daily. Am not sure why it's late this time too. Last 30 days I have been browsing Google and UA-cam. Tired few drinks and didn't do it regularly after taking it for 2dys I ll leaving. Am not that sure as exercise help in this case. Simple after reading a lot of positive comments done this exercise night and mrg I got full leg and abdominal pain and got my periods . .
