Next Level Chef Season 3 is HERE!! I can't believe I got to cook with Gordon Ramsay, Richard Blais and Nyesha Arrington in the most watched cooking show in HISTORY!! If I'm honest, this was the hardest most stressful thing I've ever done and I thought I would get eliminated on every level of these auditions.
It still blows me away that I made the TOP 15!!! Today I'm recreating my pasta dish that I made in the basement, well, making what I was trying to make had I grabbed all the right ingredients. I hope you love it!

Was looking for the full recipe but the link just took me back to this video. I was really looking forward to making this as I am someone who is learning to cook as well.
Ive been cooking for about 61 years as I was about 5 when I began helping my mom & grandma cook. I was born in the late 50s & we didnt have all of this processed food. EVERYTHING was made from scratch. Of course I cooked for my family through the years & indeed have fond memories of standing side by side my grandmother & mother cooking holiday meals. I was married for 35 years when my husband passed & I moved in with my dear friend that my parents made part of our family as her family was either gone or lived far away. We also moved in another dear friend who was living alone with serious health problems. My friend, an RN for 53 years found him a dr & took care of the medical & I cook for all 3 of us. Its a creative hobby I enjoy & LOVE gadgets like my Vitamix & Instant Pot & Air Fryer! Lately Ive been enjoying finding new recipes online & trying them. This pasta dish would make a fantastic side to some type of grilled meat
