There was this Casino in Montreal that someone won a bundle on Keno. It turns out, the casino used a computer instead of a ball machine. The random number generator was used to pick numbers. The problem was they turned off the machine at night (the manufacturer suggested to leave the machine on) It would then reset and play the same numbers. So, you can imagine someone seeing this and winning a bundle. The casino refused to pay claiming machine malfunction. The court ruled that there was no malfunction and was the casino's fault. They had to pay out.
Stan McSerr must be some place where they still follow the rules most casinos now have the choice between paying or flat out screwing you out of the money you have won . Yes as much as I would like to be wrong I’m not .
I've worked in casinos in Vegas for 5 years. For the free drinks.... If you're gambling, you'll get a drink. The big casinos in Vegas don't water down the drinks at all, although some bartenders are just light pourers. If you tip the cocktail waitress well enough, she will be sure to come back to you. also... Most places wash the chips monthly. everything else was pretty accurate though. 👍👍
so you only get drinks if you gamble and if you get drinks: ''if you tip the cocktail waitress well enough, she will be sure to come back to you'' so like paying huh?
Really not a gambler or a casino goer, but when I did go with friends years ago - as really anywhere - if you are a good tipper, the waitress will remember you. It's really rule of thumb anywhere. If you tip nicely, you're just plain going to get better and more frequent service.
I don't see why a casino would water down the liquor. First, liquor is actually very cheap - the high prices of drinks are a result of taxes and profit margins going to the establishment owners. Second, if the patron gets tipsy, he/she is more likely to exercise poorer judgment (i.e., lose more easily), and since alcohol lowers inhibitions, they will be more at ease with losing large sums of money.
How we win, every time. First, it is an entertainment expense. When you run out of the money you were ready to spend for the day, you are done, don't go to the ATM. Second, lose slowly, so you can have fun with the games until you spend your budget. Third, look for perks. If you lose slowly, have fun, only spend what you planned to, and get a free or cheap buffet or show, that is as close to a win as you will ever get.
My rule of thumb when going into a casino is to walk in with my (for example) $20 in my right pocket. As soon as I'm up to $40, cash out, move $20 into my left pocket & go back to playing with the other and never touch the left pocket. That way from that point on, win or lose, I've still got my $20 and I've had fun.
lol, when i start losing, i move to a different game and so on, when i get ahead and start losing i stop gaming, and so i can more than half the time emerge on top.
Yes, I used to do that too. I didn't come out on top nearly that often though. Still, I figured a person would spend twice that just going out for a night, so it fell under entertainment budget. I'm in WI so our casinos are tribal.
The security department doesn't watch gaming...the surveillance department does. Having spent 25 years as a surveillance manager, I find that some of these secrets aren't exactly accurate.
Mark Daniel Yep, if people took little breaks to think about what they were losing they would most likely stop sooner, or just walk out after the first loss.
Arson Bjork washing your hands means leaving the floor... and, maybe more devastating to the casino... you'll look at yourself, in the mirror. And that is where people make decisions. Not with family and friends, not with pro and cons lists... alone. And looking into your own eyes... VERY sobering.

Yes, but that is rare. You might get lucky, but most time you're going to lose. 1 in 3,535,316,142,212,173,800 that you're going to pick 20 number and for what $2,500,000.
I had a sister that worked security in a casino in Laughlin. Yes, there are Eyes everywhere! And the people monitoring are trained well and up to date on new unscrupulous thievery strategies.
Really nice video. Thanks for putting these facts together. I worked in the gaming industry in Vegas. Most of the casinos make their money off of quarter machines. Dollar machines pay off best.
It's not lose.. It's CHURN.. when you wager especially in slots.. It's the COMMISSION of 8 percent they keep.. They could care how much or who wins because in slots they must publish a pay out rate publicly and have it audited.
Best thing to bet on is a sports game. Bet $50-$100 on your team. Even if you lose you've only lost $100 in 3hrs (as most will set and watch the game). You can lose that in 5mins at a table game.
I hit a $4000 royal flush jackpot on a poker machine when I stayed at NYNY in Vegas in the early 2000. I was watched like a hawk after that and also offered limo rides and all kinds of free stuff. Comps are wonderful. They can stalk me all day long.

Hate to tell you about the Keno thing but, my father in law won the 10 out 10, which was the max on this particular board, for $50,000. He won it 3 times in less than 5 years. I used to enjoy playing the smaller spot tickets, while we were having dinner. You only win $100-$200 on them, but I used to hit on them quite often.
card counting is actually pretty easy. more recently newer strategies have been invited specifically to be easy to learn. nowadays you can learn to count cards in like a day.
that was a great video!!! I lived in Vegas you guys r right on!! seeing someone sit at a machine for 10 hours only to leave and have a newbie come and hit a jackpot suckkkksss and is terrible to see happen. poor girl=(
One rule of thumb, and it's happened to me many times, after you have lost all your money in that machine and leave don't return to that area because someone is going to win on it and it will break your heart!!!!!
RIGHT! And NEVER EVER have sex! You might have an unwanted kid. Best bet is to always gamble only after all your bills are paid in full. Also feel free to be gay since you like to play it THAT SAFE!! Geez!
Or, you can be a dufus like me and win a couple of hundred dollars off a slot machine and think I broke it when all the bells and alarms went off. I actually snagged a security guard (didn't know that until later) to get someone to help me. He told me I won... And I didn't believe him :-)
I did almost the same exact thing, all of a sudden numbers and noise I thought I set off an alarm, it scared the crap of of me. My aunt and uncle were laughing at me because of my reaction.
I actually won on the game of Keno, when I went there to get married while eating breakfast waiting for our room to become available I decided to play the $20 game and get no numbers. I did this by picking the first 16 #s that showed up in the previous game and randomly picked the last 4 numbers (because the numbers on the board were gone before I could write them down) and didn’t get 1 number that I picked........ won $1000.00 much to the surprise to the person who payed me my winnings... she said to me “this is once in a blue moon”
#14 and #8 In the MGM fire there were people who died at slot machines even though there was nothing preventing the person from escaping. If you are so focused on your game you fail to notice that the building is on fire.....
The best way to win on the machines is to find ones that takes coins. That loosens that machine . If you use 1 with just paper ($ or ticket) if you put a $20 bill in the machine that's the houses $ . So use smaller denominations $1 $5. Try not to put $10 or more. If you tip the change person and cocktail waitress right of the bat . They'll honestly wish you luck and tell you which ones are ready!
I love keno. It's just a great game in my opinion. You get your drink, play the least amount of money you can per game, and whatever amount of time later the numbers come up. It's not about the winning so much as finding a quiet corner where you can rest, talk with your friends, and get yourself a cool drink. There are fewer and fewer places where you can play the game in Las Vegas. More is the pity, as it really takes longer to lose your money there than at a slot. I consider the money I lost (when I lose that is) an investment in quality seating. About the only other place within a casino with better seating outside of a restaurant is at a sports book.
People who say they "win" alot or "break even" are lying. They just don't want to admit how much money they've wasted over the years and lost. They only tell their one or two "I won, so there!" stories so they can fool themselves into believing they don't waste that much money. YOU NEVER REALLY WIN. That's why casinos, bingo, lottery, video games, etc. exist -- to separate you from your money.
I knew a guy that was addicted to gambling. He invited me to a casino and I agreed. I took only $20 with me and went straight to the blackjack table. I lost the first few hands but after that I began winning. I walked away with $50 in my pocket and a message from the management saying they don't want be back. LOL
Keno being number one is funny, because my only luck with gambling has been while playing video Keno...twice. and my buddy won while playing Keno the same weekend.
Casinos now pay (at least some of them) 6/5 for blackjack instead of 3/2. I explained this to a few friends and they thought "no big deal." What this means is if you bet $100 on a hand and get blackjack you're only paid $120 instead of $150 like the good old days. Just a head's up for the serious blackjack players. Make sure you get 3/2 because it does make a difference! For first timers, NEVER play roulette. The worst odds (unless you can find a single zero game) in town yet the casinos promote it more than any other game.
Ever since I figured out how to play Baccarat about 2 months ago in Fortune Casino in Macau, I haven't played any other casino game since then. I like to play games where the odds of me winning are more likely to happen. I even managed to win around $600 in a few hours.
7.) Card counting isn't particularly hard to learn. However, when casinos moved to 6 (or more) decks of cards for blackjack, card counting really does very little for you. 26.) If you don't want to lose to the house, play poker. Its probably the only game in a casino that isn't rigged against you.
But you have to win enough to cover the rake. That will depend on how tough the table you are at, correct play, variance, and a tremendous number of hands played. Among other things. Baccarat odds aren't that good. Casinos are getting tighter on the free drinks. Don't gamble with money you can't afford to lose. Some casinos now are building gambling as entertainment. Also near the cashiers cage usually it'll be a folder about gambling where they tell you they have more ways of winning than you do. And in the long run you will lose. Remember they don't build billion dollar casinos on the backs of winners. I was once told by a casino manager that they didn't care what you win. If they can keep you there long enough you will lose it back and more.
Most casinos offer free classes that teach you how to play all of the games. It's like a liquor store teaching kids how to drink. Just seems wrong. I enjoy your channel, and the occasional on set shenanigans.
@@Leelee-nw2ej Is that for public health and safety reasons? Let people pay to fuck already and leave them alone. If they're worried about safety, made condoms and dams free and easily accessible each time you pay for a prostitute then.
I worked in Casinos for years, the dealers (card dealers) never wash their hands, made me sick leaving the employee bathroom. Also, don't piss off the dealers, they are most likely to go postal, they have no personality and are borderline suicidal.
Louis Greenleaf It's entertainment. The chance to win money is engaging and fun. As long as you're playing what you can afford it's no different than going to a movie or something.
About playing keno... paper keno may be hard to win at, but video keno is a different story. All slot machines are at a fixed pay rate, including video keno. You can win playing video keno if you can catch the right machine when it’s at its payout cycle. You just have to remember to keep playing the same numbers and they will payout. The trick is to switch machines if the one you are playing is not paying. Try just a few dollars first, maybe $20, if you loose move to a different machine play the same numbers. You will eventually find the one that is paying out, just don’t stay on it for too long, cause it to will stop paying out and can take all your winnings back.
His statement about Keno is correct, but I've never met anyone who plays 20 numbers. In fact, I've never seen a place that allows 20 spots. Not having been in Las Vegas since the 80's, I can imagine it happens now. Playing 4 to 6 numbers won't make you a millionaire, but the payout for hitting them is pretty nice. All machines that I've seen locally have a 10 number maximum pick. I don't ever play 10 spots.
I was just on the Holland America Oosterdam and I went to the casino and played roulette. This is an easy game that does not require skill or know-how. The ball landed on the green single zero TWICE IN A ROW. I walked away after losing $9.
I was talking to a security guard friend one night and repeated that you could not see a clock in a casino. He said, Oh yea? I can see five from here. He pointed them out to me and shurenuff they were there.
Keno is actually one of the best games to play at the casino. Fill your card out and sit in a comfortable chair and cross them off. Just don’t take your card to the cashier and pay for the game, that’s all. Free entertainment for hours. Personally I like to play baccarat on the terminals. Bring your own scorecards and 4colour biro. Talk to your friends and get cheap drinks for hours. Again, just don’t put real money in the terminal. Write down your bets instead.
It is true. Everyone is watching someone. The dealers watch the players, the boxmen watch the dealers, the pit boss watches the boxman, the shift bosses watch the pit bosses, the floor manager watches the shift bosses, the casino manager watches the floor manager, and the 3 (just a number, not an accurate figure) cameras per square foot watch everyone. Also, never forget one fact. These giant hotel/casinos didn't spend all that money building them, and don't spend all their money paying employees to pay the customers too. You don't build a 10,000 square foot casino with an attached 250 room hotel by giving away money all day.
I herd that you should play machines located at the entrance of casino or near the bathroom as those machines pay out more often to attack people to come in or play the machines.
I am more confused about gambling than ever before. This information remains helpful, but it is going to keep me far from a casino. In real life, I am too chicken to bet. Terrified at best.
1978. My first trip/Bet in Vegas EVER. a 2 dollar bet on Keno at the Sands .... Won $600.00 which was exactly what i pre-paid for the flight and hotel for 2 ( 4 days/3 nights) .. LOL - I never won again after that though .. when they slammed the betting window shut 5 seconds early when they saw me approach. I would have won another $230.00 - but that slammed must have slammed the winning out of me .. Keno was your #1 so I had to comment ! ... LOL
Do not take a bus planning to spend the entire day at a casino.. Before the day is out, you will max-out your credit cards. If you go on holiday like the Caribbean, Don't stay in a hotel that has a casino downstairs.. Big mistake. My rule.... bring only what you can afford to lose. Stay only 45 minutes to an hour and win or lose, leave. When I see a line of old people sitting in front of slot machines, I think, “They are spending all the money they are suppose to be leaving us!” If you want amusement, go to Disney World.
I work at a Casino, we don't care if you know any of these things, it doesn't stop anyone. You ask the people working there and they will tell you whatever you need to know, it won't matter.
None of these are really "secrets". Honestly, I appreciate the presentation, but this list is definitely geared toward beginners or newbies. That being said, a nice starter video. DON'T PLAY KENO! LOL! My favorite part.
Not really. You have a lot of expenses if you run a casino. You have to pay the employees, the electricity, maintenance of the slot machines. If you look at the stock price history of casinos, you'll see they're not good investments, at least not in the last decade. If they don't cover their expenses, both the player AND the house lose. It's not enough for the house to merely have to have an edge in all the games to take in money, they have to get enough business or else they'll close their doors.
Not true to someone that study probability... If you do, go to casino, i made 5 bucks become 150... Play roulette, you are sure of the probabilities, i encourage this chance game... One of my parents bought his farm with chance game money...
Keno is great if the understanding is one of two outcomes: A loss or a small return on the investment. (ie a $5 bet might pay out $6.50 or so...if lucky)
The sports book is the only wagering where the player has a significant edge if they really know what they are doing. Only 1% of sports bettors know what they are doing
I'll never forget last year in Atlantic City I put my last $13 in a mermaid machine and won $450.00. Got up cashed it in and went back to my room. I told myself they ain't getting my money back lmfao
If you know basic arithmetic and remember a two digit number, you can card count. It's pretty easy to see who is counting and they will shuffle every single hand to stop you if they must, then you will get banned.
Card counting is legal, but you telegraph what you are doing with your bet spread. The house can easily shuffle the minute you increase your bet high enough to slant the odds in your favor. Also, dealers are trained to count and will shuffle when the deck goes positive.
I once won $9000 on a penny slot with a $1.50 bet. The casino attendants that came to do my paperwork had never heard of that large of a win on a penny machine. 😎
you got lucky most times they say machine malfunctioned and refuse the pay out and remove machine from floor sometimes ive seen them remove a row. house always wins like the goverment
Theres actually plenty of dealers that can lie about whether a table is good or not. The more a customer is winning at a certain table, the less money the house makes and the more likel to be reprimanded or fired the dealer can be. It happens a lot. When it comes to video slot machines though, always go to ones with tons of reels on it, like 6 or more; they have a great chance of paying out, and I have won a lot off of such machines. Just choose wisely, especially if the game has a lot of extra payout features and multipliers. Details.
#13 @ 4:17 I never heard any dealer that his or her table is "no good". Prostitution is not criminalized outside LV. There are "bunny" ranches just outside Reno, NV. @ 8:25- Don't play Keno? Why?
One more: There's no such thing as a "hot streak." You could be at a table for ten minutes or three hours, but as soon as you start winning, the pit boss will come over and kick you off. Another one: Slot machines are designed to come up often like BAR BAR CHERRY with the third BAR right above it, to convince you to keep playing because you were THAT close.
Worked for casinos for 15 years as a dealer and a supervisor. Couldn't have come up with a better list myself.

well, $5 vs. $12 for the drinks. But you're also putting money in the machine.

Why wouldn't casinos want me to know wash my hands after handeling chips?
They don`t want you to know how dirty the chips are, the recommendation to wash your hands comes from mike ; )

Great facts and Wise advice !
#14 and #8 In the MGM fire there were people who died at slot machines even though there was nothing preventing the person from escaping. If you are so focused on your game you fail to notice that the building is on fire.....
The fire went threw due to draft before the player knew.
U are not 100% right....buddy If you use Engineering You will WIN Buddy
The suicide one is so true, if only people knew how many suicides go on at casino properties
I knew a guy that was addicted to gambling. He invited me to a casino and I agreed. I took only $20 with me and went straight to the blackjack table. I lost the first few hands but after that I began winning. I walked away with $50 in my pocket and a message from the management saying they don't want be back. LOL
The secret to winning big gambling, OWN THE CASINO.
I worked in casinos for 5 years seen at least 6 people die 1 person jumped off the side of boat
we would like to thank the casino.inc for sponsoring us.
Keno being number one is funny, because my only luck with gambling has been while playing video Keno...twice. and my buddy won while playing Keno the same weekend.
Whether or not to play Keno or not really depends on where you are. I've seen Keno with payback % of 97%, which will keep you playing for a while.
"Dw guys I have got this, I watched a UA-cam video so now I know their secrets"
Casinos now pay (at least some of them) 6/5 for blackjack instead of 3/2. I explained this to a few friends and they thought "no big deal." What this means is if you bet $100 on a hand and get blackjack you're only paid $120 instead of $150 like the good old days. Just a head's up for the serious blackjack players. Make sure you get 3/2 because it does make a difference! For first timers, NEVER play roulette. The worst odds (unless you can find a single zero game) in town yet the casinos promote it more than any other game.
BTW, you forgot to mention the House always wins:-p
When you use a players card in the slots they can track your every move.
KKES ZENCE THAT'S WHY I DONT GET) ONE
Don't use your card you'll hit more on the slots especially video poker!
How 'bout never gamble.
That's probably the best advice.
jose lago nah i enjoy my job gamble away.
Lol so pathetic how you Kids are so desperate in need of attention lol
Bc it’s fun & yes u can win
Then you will never win.
Most casinos offer free classes that teach you how to play all of the games. It's like a liquor store teaching kids how to drink. Just seems wrong. I enjoy your channel, and the occasional on set shenanigans.
Why would prostitution not be legal in Las Vegas when it's legal in the entire state of Nevada?
It's not legal in all Nevada counties. And even then it's only legal at licensed brothels.
@@Leelee-nw2ej Is that for public health and safety reasons? Let people pay to fuck already and leave them alone. If they're worried about safety, made condoms and dams free and easily accessible each time you pay for a prostitute then.
It’s not legal in Clark county.
I worked in Casinos for years, the dealers (card dealers) never wash their hands, made me sick leaving the employee bathroom. Also, don't piss off the dealers, they are most likely to go postal, they have no personality and are borderline suicidal.
As a Croupier, I can say that not all of these are true... most are, but a couple aren't...
Never seen the fun in wasting money
Louis Greenleaf It's entertainment. The chance to win money is engaging and fun. As long as you're playing what you can afford it's no different than going to a movie or something.
U def have never won then
Well, i won a lot with chance games... I highly recommend it...
You will eventually find the one that is paying out, just don’t stay on it for too long, cause it to will stop paying out and can take all your winnings back.
put 75 cents in slot on way to dinner and won 500.00 ,..lucky first time
👻 thank you 😊 List 25
You are welcome :) - Juan
Great Video List 25 thanks for the tips
“Maybe 100 card counters” you couldn’t be more wrong my friend
I herd that you should play machines located at the entrance of casino or near the bathroom as those machines pay out more often to attack people to come in or play the machines.
grate channel!! I hope to make it there one day!
i always laugh when someone says not to play keno, my grandfather go a highroller room just from keno cause he learned the patterns in the game
Keno was your #1 so I had to comment ! ... LOL
Im headed to the casino now.....how about #1 advice......seek help if you become addicted lolol
When I see a line of old people sitting in front of slot machines, I think, “They are spending all the money they are suppose to be leaving us!”
If you want amusement, go to Disney World.
Watch You Tube Instead!
I work at a Casino, we don't care if you know any of these things, it doesn't stop anyone. You ask the people working there and they will tell you whatever you need to know, it won't matter.
Mike is a National Treasure
I was perfectly fine with cheating, until you told me I would be a bad person if I did :(
Can't be disappointing mama :)
What's funny is the ad before watching this was a casino phone game
I've been working at a casino for 7 years and we have had 7 people jump to their deaths from the parking garage during that time.
Not bad 7 for 7 mind boggling odds
What does it mean when dealer says table is no good? How can he tell predict future cards/numbers? Sorry noob here
None of these are really "secrets". Honestly, I appreciate the presentation, but this list is definitely geared toward beginners or newbies. That being said, a nice starter video. DON'T PLAY KENO! LOL! My favorite part.
Holy hell am i early....coincidentally enough I'm walking out of a casino....with no money...
The best way not to lose money in a casino? Don't go to one.
The best way to gain money in a casino? Open one.
Unless you're Donald Trump.
Easy said than done
But they will sooner or later!
If you know basic arithmetic and remember a two digit number, you can card count. It's pretty easy to see who is counting and they will shuffle every single hand to stop you if they must, then you will get banned.
is washing my hands a secret the casinos has been holding from me?? is that why my hands are so dirty grrrrrr
Card counting is legal, but you telegraph what you are doing with your bet spread. The house can easily shuffle the minute you increase your bet high enough to slant the odds in your favor.
Also, dealers are trained to count and will shuffle when the deck goes positive.
If they can see your hand what’s to stop them from telling the dealer what cards you have via earpiece?
I once won $9000 on a penny slot with a $1.50 bet. The casino attendants that came to do my paperwork had never heard of that large of a win on a penny machine. 😎
you got lucky most times they say machine malfunctioned and refuse the pay out and remove machine from floor sometimes ive seen them remove a row. house always wins like the goverment
Very helpful video. And thanks for saving me a few thousand. I won't go to Vegas after all.
Find out what numbers have the highest probability of winning at here:- CasinoDestroyer.blogspot.com
Why?
Everyone knows the casino almost always wins but still play. Thanks for the giltz suckers.
