Rocksteady must have lost every single competent dev/writer since Arkham Knight.
Over 100 developers have left Rocksteady including the Co-founders. They've just recently announced the creation of their new studio, HundredStar I believe it's called.

Nah he’s gotta show back up in later seasons and be confirmed alive. The other deaths were a bit more final, this death literally didn’t look like a death it looked like he passed out. In fact none of those bullets looked like they even pierced his skin.
maybe I'm missing a plot point, but HOW do the bullets even hurt him in the first place? nothing they're using looks to be kryptonite or magical, and anything short of a uber massive artillery shell isn't going to phase him, let alone kill him.@@dakotatrue12

I don't get it. If they wanted an endless multiverse of the same final boss, why didn't they use Darkseid and Apokolips? His canon "thing" is that he exists in every universe as the same Darkseid. It'd fit better for a scenario where the Justice League dies too. Brainiac killing the JL over and over doesn't fit well, but Darkseid could absolutely pull it off.

If Darksied used the Anti Life equation to take control of the league, they could've done the same story and probably with more justification because Anti life is more powerful than Brainiac mind control.

I know the game is called Killing the JL , but I and most people are not upset by their death, but rather by the humiliating way in which they were killed without respect or scenes befitting their names.
Batman dies without a fight honoring his name and he listens to Harley's insults like a brat, while he was weak, surrendered and the Batman we know would fight until his last breath and die with honor.

Green Lantern had a short fight and then fell to sleep on the ground and listened to Deathshot's taunts.

I heard a Theory that these were just clones of the Justice League made by Brainiac and that's why they were beaten so easily. The only problem is with the Flash turning good when you used the lasso of truth on him.

A bunch of d-list villains with almost no remarkable abilities killing a literal alien God…yep, that’s believable.
This game was really bad, but I will say this, Jason Isaacs is one of the few good things (I’m not saying Brainiac is written well, he is not) in this game. He is honestly incredible in any role he is in.

Jason Isaacs' Grand Inquisitor was one of the best things to come out of SW: Rebels. Man's got a great voice, and talent.
Classic main villain starts monologue by himself instead of killing his targets when he can.
But he made sure they couldn't move first... plus, they aren't even fleas compared to his might, plot armor notwithstanding.

I was really hoping the end was something like Batman having a way to bring everyone back but having to trust one of the squad to implement after he died cause he chooses to trust them. Maybe something about second chances cause Superman said something like that to him once. Then when they (probably Harley idk) do bring them back the Squad and JL work together to fight a common threat and the good guys and bad guys win.

I don't know how this game was approved, designed, coded, mocapped, voiced, textured, QA'd (those poor testers having to watch this shit over and over), and shipped. And they expect DC fans to sit through those scenes, and be EXCITED to do it MORE in the next DLC update? Are these devs actual psychopaths? Millions of people look up to these characters. Nobody wants to see them done dirty like this outside an NRS game.

And then the game wants you to be excited at the prospect of doing this over and over in *more* alternate worlds with alternate Justice Leagues. Who would find that appealing??
Maybe if it were handled extremely tastefully and done in an interesting way that would be *something*....

Anyone ever thought that that the Suicide Squad won in the end because the Justice League underestimated them... I mean Flash and Green Lantern straight up clowned these guys during/ before the fight, so did superman with the " Tell that to Wonder Woman" Line and anyone that has played the arkham games knows that batman sees Harley and Deadshot as lesser villains when compared to the likes of Joker, Killer Croc, or even Hugo Strange.
The point i'm making is the Justice League didn't see the Suicide Squad as a threat, hence for example why Flash didn't just rip their hearts out immediately but he did with Lex.
Lex Luthor is smart enough to figure out how to counter Barry's speed force so he is a threat that must be dealt with.
I agree the game isn't good but not bc of the fights but the way the characters were utilized overall. The fights went exactly as expected the second you have the justice league taking the piss out of a group of powered beings
