I watched this entire trial. IMO this lawyer saved her life. He even got me to feel a little sorry for her. I don't agree with what she did and her being sentenced to life is exactly what she deserves. With all that being said Travis did use her. He wasn't the saint they made him out to be. RIP Travis you didn't deserve this..😢
Travis was a Mormon. Mormons are known to have anal sex, oral and soaking. In the Mormon cult you are not allowed to have pre-marital sex. So they use the 3 above sex acts to justify their virginity. Very important to the case. The prosecutors are trying to make Travis sound like he was this devout Mormon when he was anything but devout.
Idk why but I think it’s weird when her attorney ask questions and she answers to the jury. I’m guessing she was directed to do so? 🤷🏻♀️ I know Amber this too and it just seems so odd
