I@jesicagenes6671 I bet you work for that company and are trying to keep your job!
Sometimes a tornado can hit the house next door and miss yours. Just because you came through with barely no damage, means nothing. Glad your house is fine, but to ignore all the issues I'm reading about and hearing about, it seems to be a problem. Again, happy for you.@@jesicagenes6671
Did he say "extensiveness"?
I have issues too

A better way is a 360 laser that's about 2" away from wall on plumb and square it with the laser, then take a 1x4 scrap and slide it around wall.
That's Manhattan style, you can also use a straight edge and drywall knife to do.
💯 Carpenter 4 Lyfe Manhattan and Georgia
I will never buy a new home. They are junk and politicians need to be in jail.
Any home with flexduct in the rafters is a sign of junk construction.
90% of the earth population is homeless, how can they afford a quarter million dollar home? Still, the builder is wrong!
Easy money developers everywhere now! Government should move in to regulate them because if these homeowners default at the end of the day that loan is backed by uncle Sam!!!
Sounds like truss uplift.
D.R. Horton. Worst, Large scale, homebuilder in America. Again, proving they deserve the title.
Well known garbage
The problem is nobody cares. Builder sucks/ Sub-contractors suck/ Inspectors are on the take ( how do you give a CO when the house isn't finished) and the town for not stopping any future builds before all issues are fixed.
You can clearly see the mould in the framing the framing needs to be demolished and do over all the linings are bowed the plastering is atrocious this is a clearly a do-over for a multi-million dollar company chicken feed
I've been watching the housing market closely, Prices have been skyrocketing for years. It's going to be tough for first-time buyers to enter the market." how can one diversify $280k reserve .
I agree that rising interest rates are making it harder for people to afford homes in addition to rising prices. A strong FA can help you assemble your portfolio.
The housing market has always had its ups and downs, but it's true that this time feels different. Having a portfolio manager will save you a lot in the market , My portfolio currently has 200% increase last couple of months with the help of my advisor.

in times like these, it's crucial to be cautious and not rush into the market , Who is this your FA , my portfolio needs urgent attention , been a lot of lose.
There are many financial coaches who excel in their profession, but for the time being, I employ “Vivian Carol Gioia” because I adore her methods. You can make research and find out more.
Glad i rent. No hassles.
Either your a builder or not.They R not😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Complete crap construction that should never have passed inspection. Quite obvious the lowest bidders were hired as subcontractors. That is built as a disposable home that will come down in 5 years.
Wow
The structural engineer didn't note any safety concerns with the structure itself, it's fine just minor cosmetic defects.
Sad and scary... Better to buy a mid- century that has been gutted???
Home builders today sound as bad as most RV manufacturers.
They hire the cheapest unskilled people they can.
I would move, and consider the house a total loss.
Thwy are the largest builders in the country which means they will always seem like the company who has the most issues with construction!!! Human error exists yall!! No builder is going to hwve perfectly built homes everytime its jst not possible .....but what the ckncern is that they fixed all the problems an dpaid for them to be living somewhere else...this is why you hire inspectors ro inspect at all phases to help account for any mistakes...many people will say they have a dr horton home and it fine....plus how do they have so much buisness of theor homes are so awful??
