Last name pronunciation is fantastic by the way. If anyone has any issues with coupling or find them hard to coupler, the break in procedure is a MUST. When I first started playing with these I didn't lube them with a pencil and break them in and it was a big mistake, things wouldn't coupler unless I slammed them knuckles got stuck, etc. But now I lube and break-in all my personal couplers and they all are buttery smooth, just a small touch on the knuckle will open and close them. Great two-part review, I can't wait to see what's next for the layout!

I had a bulk pack of the E types. The only 2 things I could see them as better than 158s would be on small, easily accessible shelf layouts or for unit trains or set manifests that run from staging and return to staging. They hold together amazingly well but I found them way too fiddly to couple when doing switching, especially when your view is blocked by scenery or other rolling stock.

Interesting and valid point sir, thanks for sharing your experience.
I agree, on my small switching layout it is a cool addition
