Most talented rugby player ever. He never wastes time with these kicks, doesn’t do anything weird in his run up, he just casually belts huge kick on the regular.

It still clear the goal by about 5 metres so he could probably kick one from 70 metres out. That's incredible.

@@Nick-18 - Naa….. you can’t do that to Steyn. Kallis was a solid cricketer who worked exceptionally hard for his place in the annals of cricket…. but let’s face it…. exciting and blessed with God Given talent Kallis was not…. he worked hard…. when all the rest of us were doing whatever young boys did at Wynberg Boys…. Kallis was in the nets EVERYDAY…. for hours…. and all that practice and patience showed later in his career….. just a bit too much patience. Now if you were going to say that Frans is exciting and gifted as Gibbs was to cricket…. then I can agree…..

Fantastic ! But ...if those broken lines are 10m from the centre, and if the centre is 50m, then the ball is placed +-62,5m, not 64. This is disregarding the angle, though. So 64 it is. Great job !

These tv measurement aren't always accurate or the same per field. The Tiaan Swanepoel kick at Ellis Park was given as 61m even though it was where the 10m and 15m lines intersect ua-cam.com/video/l8u-EPYhTj4/v-deo.html

For me, a "high tackle", when the 'victim' has put his head down is problematic. It's very difficult to get hold of the guy anywhere else! I think that if the guy has put his head into the noose, it's his problem. Nearly all forwards are leading with their heads down to charge.

@@daaichommie708 I think we can't ignore the reality of brain damage and spinal injuries, but I thought the long stoppages in the last 'downunder' tournament while the referee and linesmen and TMO have a conference was just too much. Next it will be lawyers with wigs and gowns on the sidelines. We all need to respect the spirit of the game and the ref should ask if he must, and decide within 20 seconds and get on with it. I also think the line judges should monitor offside and foul play. Everybody has radios these days.

Theres no such thing as a high tackle it's all relative by the attacking ball carrier, the ball carriers charge and should barge into the tackle zone instead of side step or fend off.
The rules allow the ball carrier to do whatever he wants should barging into anyone etc
I do not remember ever being should charged when I played rugby, first I could sidestep almost everyone second if they tried to shoulder barge me I'd be gone around them
3 point penalties are just for northern hemisphere terms because they cant score tries
We want 1 point penalties from now on
