Look for blood pressure medicine at their desks, or go to each home and look for either blood pressure medicine or medical history in the box of files most homes have containing their paperwork (birth certificates etc).

It got considerably more fun when I was renovating a new apartment and I was trying to sell a glitched rug which ended up bankrolling me 100k credits because I kept spamming sell and it wouldn't disappear. I turned that shithole into a penthouse, my living room is just all the vending machines and dispensers in the game. Startch Kola can eat it, I run this city now.

I went to the underground pawnshop to sell off some «seized assets» from the previous job, and what do you know; the guy behind the counter matched and turned out to be the culprit! Solved it in seconds! The only downside now is that on the previous job his colleague was the victim of the murderer, and now I don’t have anyone behind the counter to sell to anymore… 10/10, can’t seize assets again.

This fucking guy had goddamn blue hair and always wrote the same thing on the walls, - "[victim] and J, forever," and it took literally 6 kills later for me to muster the brain power and finally visited city hall and went on the government database (totally OP BTW) to scour for every male citizen with blue hair whose first name began with the letter J. Fortunately I got lucky and I found the dude within like the first 5 minutes lmao RIP to all those poor souls
