A few weeks ago we had an automatic promotion in our hands with games in hand. Teams in the play offs shouldn't be a problem but league positions and form go out of the window and invariably throw up a surprise

However, you think we should get rid of him today, jeopardise any chance of promotion, moan about the fact we aren’t in the Champions League, and go back to playing Rugby-style long ball bollocks whilst we struggle in the Championship for 10 years………ALL because of Evatt? 👍🏼

Once you're done crying, I never said he should leave today, but he should definitely leave in the summer. I can't remember when possession and chances won you games, lad. It's goals that matter, and when you look at our form since Jan, we are mid table at best. Oh, and before you throw the 'long ball' insults, there aren't just 2 ways of playing football. You can mix it up. In fact, Parky got us out of this league at the first time of asking with ZERO money and your so called hoof ball tactics. That makes him a better manager in my eyes. In answer to your question - Wrexham have just been promoted to League 1 so next season Parky and Evatt could be managing in the same league. Then what will you say? Love Collins - just goes for it and makes a keeper work - and has a shot/finish that is extremely good - he’ll be called up for wales - he’s the only player in a Bolton shirt right that can strike a ball that sweetly - he’s consistent - if we can get the rest up to speed for the play offs we’ll be a dynamite team and will win it - should of been 6-0 against vale - too many donkey shots though - it is a problem - the rest need to stop scuffing shots - get them on target and we are there for promotion
I watched this on ifollow and there was a stat that Bolton had 70% possession. We seem to always play like we are 3-0 up, crawling up the field passing sideways. Frustrating because we frequently overplay and get crowded out without a shot on goal. Collins has been a success because he will put his foot through the ball. We should have counter attacking and direct play tactics more often. Should be smashing teams like Vale 5-0 with pressure not playing in front of them.
I was at the match - we looked the better team, but lacked clinical edge. We actually "scored" a goal in the first half - Port Vale Keeper took someone out, another Port Vale Player took out the Ref, we chipped it into open net from 20 yards, yet Ref didn't allow it as he didn't see it. :/
I was at the match and I don’t know why we just kept trying to lob it over the defence which isn’t something we normally do and it worked sometimes but didn’t understand why we kept doing it and losing control of the game
@@AnimePigeon it wasn't disallowed for that reason, he'd already given a drop ball because he interfered with play. If he didn't run into the Vale man they'd have had the ball. As many mistakes as he and the other officials made yesterday, that wasn't one of them (other than being oblivious to his surroundings obviously)
