Looks like another awesome little backpack basher! 😁
Yeah man it's definitely fun, hope there are upgrade shafts available though😅
Thanks for checking it out man👊
It goes pretty good 😎👊💯💯💯
Yeah its not bad, it's fun😁
Thanks man👊
Epic flower bed landing!!
Great video‼️👍👍🦾🦾
I did not expect it to say in the bush😅
Thanks Dome👍
I have the 18302 and it's funny too, but with a lipo it's wonderful and a biggee wheels it's better
Yes I love how funny they are😅
Bigger wheels definitely make to a little more capable👌
Cool video. I always enjoy your videos. I never liked the fireteam to begin with. However, that looks kind of like fun. I was amazed they copied the tire design so well. Hope you're having fun down under.
Thanks Matt👍
No I was never a fan of the fireteam style because I thought it looked to toyish so this one kinda works😅
It is a fun little car.
Nice mate 👍
Rumour has it.. if you feed it lipo's and dirt jumps, eventually it grows it to a fire team 😁
Hope you're doing well bro 👊
Well then we better get the Teton shafts in, a lipo and send it😆
Thanks mate👊
@@rccrazy 😂
I ordered one of these back in Late August. It just came in and they sent me the old HS desert buggy! Trying to get them to send me the correct one which is just like yours . Hopefully after all the videos they’ve requested, they will send me the correct one. They’re built quite well for the money and fun indeed , as I could see you were having with yours! Take care brother✌🏻😎👊🏼
Oh no that's not good😖
No they can't do that, it's false advertising.
Definitely hope you get the correct one soon and yes they are fun🙂
Thanks mate👍
Good video. Looks like another decent budget friendly car. It can be even better if you can find some metal driveshafts somewhere that will work.
Thanks Tim🙂
It is a good little budget basher apart from the shafts, haven't tried the Teton ones yet but I'm sure they are the same size🤞
@@rccrazy That would be really cool if they are the same size.
Now that looks better then the big one
Yes I have to admit I think the body style looks better on a more toy grade car😅
Couple of mods on this one, and you have a great little basher. 👍🏼🚗
Sorry man not sure why I didn't see this comment🤔
Yeah it needs at least better shafts and then maybe a 2in1 board that can accept 3s👌
It's fun as is but shafts are terrible😖
@@rccrazy all good mate. Prob cos I’m in Italy. There could be a time difference to when you get the message. 👍🏼🤔
I picked up one of these not long ago, and I was amazed how well it runs. I would rather do some bashing with the instead of my Enduro Ecto. I have been told that there are upgraded shocks out there, but I have not been able to find them. Hopefully you may have better luck. Great video.
Thanks mate.
Yeah these little rigs are lots of fun and yes being light weight they are quite strong for bashing.
I have a few sets of shocks that fit but but some are just as bad as stock and the good ones cost more than the car itself😅
We just enjoy them with bouncy shocks😁
can you review the new brushless version please ?
ua-cam.com/video/gbkEVg_Vd60/v-deo.html
I know they sell upgraded metal dogbones but not sure about others. Can you please put HS 18331 in your title? It's pretty hard to search for the car and find this video.
I do think the shiny plastic look of the body doesn't look as cool as the matte body of the HS 18311. Overall pretty cool though and do miss the 18311 so may pick this up haha
There are metal diffs I think aswell, but a lot of the Traxxas Teton parts fit as this is a cheap rip-off of the Teton.
And yes I probably should add the model number to the title, thanks👍
@@rccrazy the model number is hs 18331
In the SG1602 you get brushless & metal dogbones and 1500 mah lion for less than what this costs, so I wouldn't say this is value for your $$. Besides, won't Arrma lawsuits be raining in when it copies the looks in a toy car?
Yes I agree, quite a few much better and more value for money RCs on the market in all scales, im just choosing RCs I can afford at the time, not picking favourites.
And yes the body style I'm sure everyone was questioning that decision, but seriously how many copies and clones are there these days!
Again, I just review whatever i can afford at the time, I can't work and love RCs so why not.
How big is the new wheels? The small one is 6.5 cm
Not sure about actual measurements but they are a little bigger than the older wheels
I have watched this video 15 times,
I think you can put in brushless.....
15 times, WOW!
I took it out yesterday to film but sadly it stripped the diff gears running on the stock brushed system so I don't think brushless would be the best idea.
Wish it was stronger because it is a cool little car😕
I had the 18311 and drove it into a drain. It's hard to controll because it does not go straight at full speed compared to my other RC. This looks better and it was the same price. It was a new model and had no reviews so didn't buy it.
This is a 18311 just with a new shell and wheels but I know what you mean, they haven't got the greatest centring.
Geez, these companies just rip off the looks of everything on the market 👀
Yeah its madness these days, copies clones and well, full rips😅
