Good, but keep in mind that your intake manifold is caked up with that shit... The airflow is not just disturbed from what the factory intended with the original manifold geometry, but its also reduced immensely, as your internal passages are likely 40% caked up in carbon crud...
I was a mechanics apprentice, and i washed out my fair share of carbon caked egr`s, dpf`s and intake manifolds... Each can be cleaned and all can be restored back to life, at least the mechanical egr`s... the dpf and intake manifold are passive components, so just cleaning them out is full factory restoration... Sure, we can talk about grinding, porting, polishing and what not, but this falls outside the scope of this subject, which is carbon and ash deposits issues...
I would strongly advise everyone to take the time to remove the whole intake manifold and plop it into some industrial cleaner for 24 hours... Then rinse it out, add citric acid if the cleaner is basic, and add baking soda if the cleaner is acidic(rarely, and almost never for degreasers) before disposing of it... Neutralization of the active agents is often good enough to render what is otherewise toxic gunk into an eco neutral solution of carbon and other ph neutral components... I mean, for fucks sakes, look up the contents... Google the contents and make an educated decision... Its literally basic chemistry... You can always fill buckets with lids and have it dealt with at the first disposal center if you arent sure of your chemistry knowledge...
Either way, a nice video, but take my suggestion...

Good job! Should probably do the same. My valve gave an error and check engine. It is not the same valve as i have, probably my is older without electrical part more mechanical, but the placed is the same. I found where it is and removed all screws which hold it, but i was not able to take it out. As i saw on your video you had to put flat screwdriver between to take it off. I saw scratches on the edge. Can you tell me it was difficult to take it off from place where it is seated? That is why you used flat screwdriver?

By the way i was able to take off small sensor on the side and it was all dirty as your valve. 100% need to be cleaned. Now it is cold and day is short I was not able to spend all day, I installed all this back after cleaning sensor, check engine is gone, but i will be back any way to clean valve up.

It took a bit of getting out, you have to work carefully. It’s no good trying to pride it out, you need to get it rotating first then get it moving. Once you get rotation, little by little it will come out, but be careful.
