Pod Chat #1

My first addition of Pod Chat. it's time to start keeping it real and sharing some of my real MS moments.
Previously I've tried to be upbeat and positive, showing adventures, fun and some accessibly posts but MS gets very mistaken and a lot of our everyday struggles and challenges become overlooked.
I'd love to know what you think of the Pod Chat idea and to know what you would like to hear discussed in future one's.

I needed this, tday I live with nmosd my mates live with ms, and other neuro condotions it's, hard. Able prime get really bored with the hard, stuff but keep sharing good and, bad lass. Xx
