This is one of the best builds I've seen. Compact and simple, strong and effective. I'll be using your logic to build mine, inspirational! Thanks for sharing!
Very cool project. I have just one question, how it is made the interaction between the top of the hydraulic jack and the estructure? because when your lifting the estructure, there is no more flat engage. Do you follow me? regards
Thank you, the metal piece where the hydraulic jack pushes on, has a special shape, that also lets the top part of the jack slide and continue to lift the bike.
Brilliant! The best one yet and looks so simple and effective. Love the way that the trolley jack is not fixed. Is the connection between the Jack and the table a hinged pivot?
Thank you, no, the the head of the jack contacts with a pice of metal on the table that has a concave form that lets the head of the jack slip and continue to elevate the table. Its not easy to explain. I will try to make a video of that part.
Made at home stuff I have been tempted to use a length of all thread or acme thread to motorise the raising and lowering of your left. If belt driven, you can lower the lift by dicconnecting the motor when it is not functional. Threaded rod will hold the lift exactly where you want it.
looks good bud .what box section size have you use on the base top and sides. This is how I would like mine to look and work.It look strong and stable.cheers
+Wild Weasel em tesoura será de certeza mais forte e estável, este foi a maneira mais simples que encontrei para fazer. Vê se fazes um vídeo e posta aqui o link. Tudo de bom abraço.

the smartest Idea yet : I am going to do it .. thank your smartness

Stretch a small bungee cord to pop the safety leg up as soon as you release the tension off it. Cheap and more convenient alternative to the broom.
Thank you, Ervin Nagy.
Very good job. Do you have the plans for it? I would appreciate it if you could provide the plans. :)
Do you have a part number for the broom..?
I dont, but it is a very expencive one!! lol
John Smith Grainger's #450Y64
Hey, that's nice! Do you have plans anywhere for this?
yes nice because the hydraulic jack is not permanently attached to the table. therefore we can use the same jack for other purposes.
Still use this jack to work on my cars :)
nice, how mutch kg can the trolley jack lifting
Its a 2 ton jack, the lift works perfectly with a big bike, i have a cbr 954rr and its great.
well done mate thats an awsome idea ,keep it up bud
Brilliant!

Second, not bad! Not bad at all. Looks like you got the wobble out of it. What's your next step?
this is a first try, the next step is to build a better one, probably with some tipe of automated sistem.

can you tell me what the measurement of that table are do you have plans
The lift is about 2.2 meter´s long, 60 cm wide and the legs are about 90 cm high. Dont have any plans.
Awesome dude thanks
Very cool !
Boas, está muito porreiro, ainda tens as medidas?
Boas, nao me recordo das medidas em concreto, mas acho que o comprimento é 2.2m.

Thank you, the tube i used is 40x40x02mm galvanised.
Nice job just making one on a similar basis myself what size jack is it ? Thanks for putting this up for us 👍
Thank you, its a 2 Ton jack!! Keep us update on your build.
Sketchy at best. Not sure I would want my bikes in a table where licking mechanisms is applied with a broomstick! Haha
Very nice comment, have you made any bike lift? Show us a video of yours.
Faz um videos ensinando como fazer por favor...
Estou a preparar uma versão melhorada e eletrica, depois posto o video, subscreve o canal e activa o sininho para seres notificado.
First, who is playing your music?
its a a track from the youtube free library.
It sounds like The Pixies
genial 👍👍👍
És português?
Yup!!
Boa. Estou a planear uma coisa destas também mas vou usar duas tesouras com um motor eléctrico e engrenagem. Parece-me ser mais estável.
