To support these artists in a difficult time, AURORA will be donating all income from ticket sales to the artists."

I also love how utterly sincere Aurora is when she talks about concepts like kindness and empathy and love.
You can really tell she's not merely trying to sound "woke" or whatever. It's not for show. She _really_ means it. She's the opposite of aloof or oblivious or insincere. You see it when she asks her questions....she sounds so genuine and curious. She'll ask a question like _"Why do you think kindness is important right now?"_ And she asks it like the answer actually MATTERS. Before I found Aurora, words like love and kindness and empathy felt vaguely hollow....like some corny motivational poster, sanitized of all visceral meaning.
But Aurora really showed me how it is to be an awake alive aware human....who deeply, genuinely, cares about what those words mean. As she often says, our job is to fight for the soul of humanity. If we lose that...we lose everything. It's that important.
Gah....I'm ranting now. I just love her. And respect her. A lot.

Yes, that's somehow an addition to the quote-video from yesterday, where she was talking about how much she enjoyed being an interviewer and the realisation, what a talent it is ... and by taking out the songs from the video it became more concentrated on this aspect.
This is amazing.
How can someone be so funny, dazzling and touching, and a proud warrior for the causes she defends?

I think I'm having a hard time understanding everything that happens in the 30 minutes or so that you give us.
But at the same time it was a beautiful, magical moment.

I mean...
There are so many things in her way of being, in her expressions and mimics. At once shy and strong... and...
It's like a condensed version of her in all her usual states we already know. It's really special.
But she is really special, we all know it, it is not new. But in this video, some things seem new to me, but I can't define them.
I mean, as she would say: "if it makes sense". (I so love it when she does that !)
Thanks for the corrections though. My English is getting better and Aurora's English is pretty easy for me, probably because she pronounces so clearly. Well, except when she makes up words ^^
@@vincentmb238 I agree with you about the shy/strong vibe. It's interesting how she can simultaneously come across as very shy and demure and coy....and at the same time also seem so confident and assertive and not remotely ashamed of taking up space in the world.
She's a bundle of several paradoxes and it's one of the things I like best about her....her equanimity.

I love how cool and casual and mischievous Aurora comes across in this lol. She's just hanging out and being her weirdo self and it's just lovely. Something about this whole little online festival is so intimate and enjoyable. Just a nice vibe....
I actually discovered Allie X thru this back when it first happened. Her song "Anchor" was the first thing I looked up and listened to.....and it's absolutely stunning. An immediate 10/10 perfect song. So thanks Aurora! :)
