Honestly none of these. Mankey is a huge risk, Jiggly is inconsistent and Lapras is the 3rd or 4th best Water attacker and those decks don't really need more than 2 attackers at 2 copies each. Can't wait to finally have more content in the game though and promos are obviously the best type of reward for missions.
That Jigglypuff and Mankey could change the game. The rest just seem to be making things accessible. I'm a bit surprised there's no resistances in Pocket.
Im assuming the reason we didn’t get the resistances is because these matches are supposed to be 5 min on average. Resistances just slow the game down.
If you think about it resistance here would make some match ups very one sided. Purely because in pocket majority of the time we are running a single type . So let’s say for example a Water vs Fire deck , not only are the water pokemon gonna do more damage but also take less damage from the Fire attacks making it a pretty much immediate loss in most situations with type disadvantage scenarios
I’m going to enjoy this game, all the way until it gets so pay to win that no one can enjoy it unless it’s streamers…because they contribute to the pay to win model.
I think that the first pack is more focused on kanto region Actually I kinda surprised that we got some pokemon from other region too from the first pack
Which card do you think will change the meta the most?
Misty because they're going to nerf it right? ...Right?
Mankey for sure getting a free 100 damage off a stage one is kinda cracked. A nice buff for fighting
Jigglypuff

@@alias123-w2l i think this will arguably be better than the solo arcticuno deck bc it heals making it so sustainable
The real question on whether mankey/jigglypuff will become meta is, will we be able to get two copies?
What?
@@DyneOnline ofc... And even more.

Man i think i missed that expansion..
That mewtwo art is amazing
Agreed
I was scared that people waiting for global launch would be at a disadvantage but with these promo cards it should help
I made a big mistake early on in Pokémon go by missing the armored mew two and others - this time around I’m not missing anything

yeah resistances would be interesting
Im assuming the reason we didn’t get the resistances is because these matches are supposed to be 5 min on average. Resistances just slow the game down.
In a game less focused on big one hit KOs and more on chipping away at pokemon, resisances would maybe be too strong

@@Pikazardxbut that's not how it is. It's a lot more circular than one to one as you're suggesting. Look at the paper TCG.
dang i've moved out of new zeleand at the worst time, longest almost 2 weeks left ever.
I can’t wait for us to even get to play the game

I just got that articuno
So none of the cards have diamonds or star ratings
Are all items and supporters promo ?
@@Mortisblaster all items, yes. You get supporters from packs/points.

The art is fantastic
I still can't believe that Greninja doesn't have a full art card
I bet it will for sure

I have a feeling Jigglypuff will be meta.
Definitely gonna see it alot in dragonite decks
Yeah it’s a really solid start
Why do some cards look like a 10 year old drew them?
