  • My goodness a lot has gone down since we last recorded. There was some crazy drama on TikTok with a makeup artist who didn't take a hint when asked to leave. Sepia Bride got divorced. A bride from Florida drugged her guests, and Millie Bobbi Brown got married and probably will start a trend. We also get heated with guests who always think getting their cell phone shot is the most important thing at a wedding.

I had a wedding two weeks ago where I had an aunt sticking her hand into the aisle when the bride was walking down and I walked up and just gently tucked her hand away. Thankfully it was a long aisle so I still had plenty of time to get some fantastic shots. But later she came up to me and was like "I am so sorry that I did that, I have no idea why I thought that was ok. My dad was a wedding photographer for 20 years and I should have known better, I am so sorry."

I love the cussing and what not! Keep it coming 😆 Particular a fan when I hear f bombs and the creative phrases like shoving it up your mother (paraphrasing - that's from a different episode lol) 😂😂😂

Literally had a grandpa step directly in front of my camera while the bride was walking down the isle and almost ruined me getting my shot. I had to almost body check him to get him out of the way in time. 😭

I always wonder with celebrity weddings, how long do they take photos on the day? Or do they do most portraits on a different day? They’re always so perfect and I can’t imagine how long it would take especially when they have outfit changes.

No joke... someone had a big ass ipad to take photos with when I walked down the aisle at my wedding. 🤦‍♀️

My husband and I just shot his neice's wedding. Thankfully, aisle leaners weren't an issue, but during the first dance my MIL was getting upset because the bride wouldn't look at her so she could take a picture of her during the dance. Like, duh. She got married like 20 minutes ago, she wants to look at her husband (and also probably focus on not stepping on his toes). Your cell phone photo of them doesn't matter to her much right now.

Still can't get behind using a product controlled by Meta. I want those glasses so bad... but without the "we will use your content to train our A.I. models" bs... sigh.

It never fails. The same people who want their phones out all day during ceremony, family photos, come find us taking couples portraits etc... Magically their phones no longer wok once the reception/open dance floor start and I am the ONLY person that can take photos for them (while also being handed 5 phones to take the same damn photo on). Cell phones need to get locked in boxes for weddings like the kids in schools have to do now.
