    OMG! I've not watch all of this yet and had to comment, that 1st gun was so loud it hurt my ears in New Zealand. Seriously it did 😁

    Which gun will make me run like I'm 22 again? These things are pretty popular these days and I was surprised that some of the more affordable options seem as solid as the high end TheraGun. Thanks for the video. Amazing as always!

    20 years trying to lose weight and no vegan or vegetarian diet worked cuz I lost the willpower to stick to those diets
    Bought two massage guns and applied them on my stomach daily and they helped me poop a lot and lose weight much QUICKER!!

      are you cutting out meat to lose weight? or because you don't support the lifestyle? because red meat is the best thing you can eat when it comes to losing weight and your overall health

    How are massage guns at releasing super tight tendons? I always have tendon pain from them being too tight. So im thinking about using a massage gun. Im a 270lb bodybuilder for reference. So it needs to be strong for deep tissue

    • @ChaseTheSummit
      @ChaseTheSummit  2 роки тому +3

      You're not actually supposed to use massage guns directly on a tendon as it can cause damage since tendons aren't supposed to stretch. That said, I think the general use is to work on the muscles attached to the tendon to loosen them up and relieve the tension. In this case massage guns are extremely effective.

    Do you think the vibration of these massage guns could cause damage or malfunction in a smartwatch?
    I'm curious about this because I couldn't find anything in the description of my watch. Sometimes I use my massage gun for an extended period (like 20-30 min) and for precaution I always take my smartwatch off because I don't know if a prolonged and consistent vibration could hurt it somehow.

    • @ChaseTheSummit
      @ChaseTheSummit  3 роки тому +1

      Interesting thought. I probably wouldn't use a massage gun within 1-2 inches of my watch but mainly because it would be uncomfortable. I'm sure it could cause damage if directly applied to the watch.

      @@ChaseTheSummit What I meant the vibration getting from holding the massage gun. Sorry for my bad English.

      Great video, I have a different brand off amazon but it looks like the 3 you tested.
      .
      Couple of points the most you should really use the gun for is a couple of minutes per muscle group at one time and you shouldn't push the gun right into to muscle mass, that's why they drop off its to protect your muscle from being bruised and damaged.

    • @gedd6750
      @gedd6750 3 роки тому

      20 -30 minutes is far to long 2 minutes per muscle group so both calves 5 mins total maximum, you loose the effect of the massage and can damage your muscles.

    • @cseszlaizsolt6573
      @cseszlaizsolt6573 3 роки тому

      @@gedd6750 i meant the continious usage time of the gun and not on one muscle or area.

    Hey Dave...I am thinking about buying a massage gun, but am on the fence. Do you use a massage gun and if so, how does it benefit you over self massage the old fashion way...with ones hands.

    • @ChaseTheSummit
      @ChaseTheSummit  Рік тому

      I use a massage gun all the time and I find it much more effective than hand massage. It's also much easier to reach things like your back or back of your legs which are impossible without someone helping you.

      @@ChaseTheSummit and of course over engineer it with a test bench full of load cells, accelerometers, and other forms of magic. Seriously though I think it would be cool to put them to the test of what their product specs advertised. You mentioned stroke length was a factor, how did they compare to the subjective. Also force output and recoil also seem like easy measurements to evaluate the product quality. Keep the content rolling, it’s really entertaining!

    My partner, myself and our 12yo son have ADHD. As I've learnt, ADHD is a bit different everyone.
    Unfortunately my son definitely uses it as an excuse and is scared of everything, he is nothing like how I was at all. He is all his mother. Our 4yo daughter though is exactly like me, weird how genetics work. I'm hoping our daughter is neurologically normal.
    Still beautiful opal.
