Simply explained and directly to the point. Just like any video editor would need it! Great video!

Great work, as always! If you want to make it even easier, you can do the same mask and track forward technique right on Lumetri in the effect control panel. That way you don't even need to duplicate the layer!

I feel like After Effects would be the way to go at that point.

I had a video where one of the speakers was in an unlighted area. I was able to follow the directions in this video and make a mask for the properly illuminated areas to keep them from changing and then raise the exposure and highlights of the other areas. Thanks for sharing this technique.

Thank you SO much for making this video. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! Wow!! I'm so grateful! Of course I just subscribed. Can I do something like this in Adobe Premier Elements? Or it's only in the Pro version?

I've tried this like 5 times step for step, exactly as you instructed and it simply does not work. After I press play, I assume the keyframes were added, then I drag the playhead button to see them tracking the face, then as soon as I do that, the blue circle completely disappears and nothing is there.

It would have taken a few seconds to offer quick instruction on the various windows and their access. I have taken a break out of frustration and will check in again to begin. I could not match your window for adjusting exposure/brightness. You state to open this or that and I am new to pro. Yes, I should do DD and get to know the Pro program but if you just added "find and open this window this way" it would have added a few seconds and allowed me to follow. I still have not found any "brightenss/exposure" adjustment slider.
