can you do something about the dot on the wall near your ear or shoulder :) , i have been scratching my screen thinking its something was stuck on my screen
Davinci Resolve is substantially more powerful and easier to work with than lumetri. There is a lot more to learn, however! You can indeed get the basics done with any program, though.
At 0:25 Why you have faded the clip for showing the effect of color grading... It was not normal, seems that the actual color has been faded intentionally and then to show the effect of grading you did this...
Or the footage was shot in Logarithmic on a professional camera. Log footage is very flat but contains more details baked into the footage and is intended to be edited
Just click comparison view again :) Or what you can do as well: In the program monitor, click the button editor. Then find the comparison view toggle and drag it in between the other buttons. Now you can toggle it on or off from there :)

Why don't you color grade in Davinci Resolve? Out of curiosity 🙂
Because you can still color grade in PPro! People seem to forget that you can color grade with any NLE, DR isn't the only one.
