@@coco-xn9ff Yea possible. One slight inacuraccy vs Pragg and Pragg gonna capitalize. Pragg is super solid. Given that Guki takes lot of risks, I wouldnt be surprised if Pragg wins lol. Whereas both Guki and Alireza play exciting chess. So that game is wide open
Yesterday I was describing this game to my daughter and wife in a funny way. They wanted to watch immediately, I said to wait till you upload your analysis. So thank you, today will have a family watch time 😂
#suggestion maybe you can put their clocks up there too.. it gives quite a good insight on how they managed their time and which moves were well thought and which were made under time pressure. Though, the current layout is also pretty good.
It's the time for the youngsters to shine.. Last year Nodirbek was so close.. This year he is in the lead.. Gukesh showing consistent play.. Very interesting 🙂
I was waiting to see what a chess execution looks like. Gukesh executed the other guy with the queen manoeuvres in the middle, and I did the last swing of the axe with cunning knight blocking manoeuvre.
Hey Antonio, great game coverage as always. I noticed that you started putting critical position/moves in thumbnails which i don't mind myself since I'm following games live, but maybe consider not putting those because for some people who don't know, it could spoil "Pause the video moment, and find the move.." since it's being showed on thumbnail. Sorry about that ❤️
Gukesh is playing best chess but since he hasn't won a big tournament he's getting ignored. But if there's someone playing real chess in this year tata steel It's Gukesh here.
Can you maybe flip the board on the "pause the video moment" if it's black's move? I love this channel, I've been watching before COVID. And I think that'd be great
#suggestion Antonio, it would be truly awesome if you could please show some Adolf Anderssen games like this one: "The Immortal Game" (game of the day Sep-05-2007) London (1851), London ENG, Jun-21 King's Gambit: Accepted. Bishop's Gambit Bryan Countergambit (C33) Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it
#Suggestion GM Sethuraman S P defeated the top seed GM Abhijeet Gupta to gain sole lead 7/8 at 1st Bangalore GM 2024. Please show this game, on your channel.
#suggestion Dyachuk v Kramnik in recent Titled Tuesday game. Kramnik reported his 14-year-old opponent of cheating and there is a nice little early b4 move.
Yes Great Game Gukesh unlike the max warmerdam game Gukesh also had Bishop Knight Rook vs two Rooks but prevailed he had a lot better position in this game than max did in his vs Nordi
Max also could have won but he just played ordinary and predictable moves when he was having advantage. In game vs nodirbek, he should'nt have captured the pawn, which was useless move. Gukesh, Nodirbek and Alireza always play fearless moves without being afraid of defeat.
Hope Alireza can hold his nerves and beat these beasts in candidates. I don't think he can defeat them like this. He's a great attacker, and I and many people enjoy his games, but these guys convert a mistake or even an inaccurate move to a loss for him. With these youngsters, we have a great candidate this time. I really like we had Nodirbek beside them. It's a shame, but I really like the player who can bring good games in wcc to be the challenger.

It's a joy to see those two young guys in the lead of the tournament. Both not even 20, yet playing such strong chess.
Gukesh went from having a bad tournament to top of the list. Amazing!
Go Gukesh !!
Definitely seems like he’s the kind of player who can make a huge run of wins out of nowhere.
Happy to see the way, he is winning games. 🎉😊
Yeah like Alice Lee :

Before even i started video, Your comment gave nice spoiler, because its on top 😢
Gukesh is showing great consistency something he lacked since his early days. If he keeps going, he will surely be top 5 in the world.
Guki is on fire.. Next couple of rounds of his matchups vs Alireza and Pragg gonna be interesting 🔥
He will probably draw against pragg
He will try to but pragg is gonna try to go for the win@@coco-xn9ff

If past is any indication, it will bear a result.
Gukesh and abdusattorov in the lead, gonna be a legendary rivalry!
Two super great young players
Although Abdusattorov has an advantage as he has comparatively easier match ups in the final 3 rounds.

I always say that Numeral Uno
Gukesh came up with absolutely the only correct moves available to him in the endgame. It was a masterclass in endgame calculation.
Ding Liren demonstrating that one does not simply get a buff for being World Champion

Thank you for posting this one! This one single game has a lifetime of lessons built within.
That quote from Bobby resonated with me. I know I've seen it before but i feel like now is a very good time to take it seriously.

If you'd like to better your pronunciation of his name, the 'ke' in Gukesh has the same sound as the 'ca' in cape. The rest is as you say it
Nice work with the knight in the endgame.
Let's Get it Gukesh D🧔
Abdusattorov can be a worthy successor of Magnus carlsen (IMHO), let’s see what unfolds in future!!

Can you add to each game the engine white/black bar and points if its +1.5 or whatever
Thanks
Gukesh is playing some great chess! :)
It's this ability to bounce back from adversity that makes Gukesh a top player
I spotted rook takes knight in 30 seconds
Where are you mikhal tal game or nezmedinov I miss them or bobby fischer bring it back please

At 2.27 why didn't Gukesh played pawn to C4?white bishop was trapped?
Bf5. Bishop exchange would give white open file for rook. So, he avoided.
When Magnus lion enters all cubs leave way. Congrats Gukesh so far.
Agad WTF!! It is an execution!!? #ROTFL
Winning percentage for Gukesh high 5 win 2loss 2 draw

Good commentary as usual
