Cravings 1st child Campbell's tomato soup, 2nd child cream puffs from Russell restaurant, 3rd child Mexican food from the alibi . They were the perfect foods during my pregnancies.

I worked at Starbucks for a few years and this is how the drinks work...
Anytime you get a venti ICED espresso drink, they add a third shot. The venti iced caramel macchiato and venti iced latte both have 3 shots so the macchiato is NOT more caffeine. However, blonde espresso DOES contain a bit more caffeine, and in blonde drinks, they are (supposed) to put one less pump of syrup bc blonde espresso is already sweet.
So, without blonde, venti iced drinks have about 225 mg of caffeine. With blonde, it's about 255 mg.

For macchiato, latte, Americano Starbucks uses the same espresso unless you order blonde or decaf, for flat whites we use ristretto . The difference in caffeine level is minimal between blonde and regular but blonde is slightly stronger due to the beans being roasted for a shorter amount of time.

My husband and my 11month old daughter both have eczema. I make an all natural eczema bath soak and eczema salve as well for them which are both natural ingredients. Also cut down on dairy and sugar as those are the main 2 factors that flare it up quite badly as well as really warm baths as it dries out their skin 😊

I quit working at my Restaurant just last week I was just done with all my efforts being thrown in face by customers DEFINITELY NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU DINEING IN!!!! idk if it's just my area where I live in but I was being nice has pie to everyone and I did anything I could to help,I worked in hospitality for about 4 years and 6 in retail and counting! I find retail so much better luv pretty much all of the customers and the atmosphere is more positive, its great 😊LOVE Retail!
( am so traumatised by my experience working in hospitality I don't even like eating out that Much anymore)

My family and I love some starbucks! My all time favorite drink is a Trinti iced coffee, extra carmel, heavy cream, whipped cream, carnel drizzle, no sweetner.
For your water intake, I was. Also so bad at drinking water, but ever since I got a camelbak water bottle the 1l with a straw ( it's leak proof which is great) I've been drinking up to 2l a day!
organic almond oil and/or organic vitamin e oil work brilliantly. maybe purer than a shop bought item 🥰
Starbucks employee here espresso is what’s actually in your vanilla latte which is stronger than drip coffee. There’s the same amount of espresso in your VL as a Carmel Machiatto.

We had problems with my sons skin. Both our kids get dry skin. But my son in particular was super bad. We use an oil based product. And it is so much better than a lotion! Love watching your videos 🤩

So I have eczema too. If you see this comment I really want to help you. I got this lotion called Vanna cream. You can get it at your local grocery store or wherever basically. Or your pharmacist. It helped my skin so much. I struggle with redness and bleeding where my eczema is. Also sun helps eczema and helps with the heel. One thing that I have to train myself is to not touch it which really bothers me. Maybe take a sock and and put it over your eczema skin overnight with lotion on it. Especially Vanna cream

When I was pregnant i went into every appointment with a 32oz cup of coffee with a TON of coffee in it😂 My doctor just rolled her eyes😂 Like each cup was a bunch of coffee🤷🏻♀️ My OB said it was fine, because that’s what my body was used to.
