Why are so many people high on themselves nowadays that they feel the need to constantly stare in the mirror and/or take photos of themselves all the time? Psychology will tell you that someone who does this all the time are sociopaths or even in some cases psychopaths. And how can you naturally experience special moments in life if you're too busy trying to document every little one of them through an artificial device?
So while you're trying to get the best zooms and pans on your camera or camera phone you're missing out.. and some people say "yeah but then you capture it for a lifetime"
but only to relive it through another artificial device at home, the computer. That's the beauty of our own memories and what our memories are used for but if you let your camera do all your remembering for you, you'll forget how to use your own memory, because if you don't use it you lose it. And these kids nowadays will have Alzheimer's disease by the timer 23 years old.
"Can anyone explain to me the need for one hour photo finishing?.... you just saw the fucking thing!.......
how can anybody possibly be nostalgic about a concept like a little while ago?"
    - George Carlin
"And camcorders now here's technology gone berserk, everybody you look now there's some dick, some yoyo, some putz and he is going to tape EVERYTHING! Doesn't anyone just stop and look at things anymore.... sort of take them in... maybe even shh! remember them?.. is that just a strange notion? Does experience have to be documented and saved and brought home and put on the shelf? And do people really watch this shit?... Are people's lives so bankrupt that they sit at home looking at things they already DID!"
    - George Carlin
    "The problems plain to see
    Too much technology
    Machines to save our lives
    Machines (dehumanize)"
    - Mr. Roboto by Styx
A little is okay but this has going too far.
