You need to keep your weight back. You are starting with your weight centered that pushing forward. You need to have much of your weight on your back foot, than power though the ball. Both of you are good hitters. A little adjustment and you will be great hitters. BTW great cameras you are using very clear.

Watch how they are setting up in this video. Very consistent. They'll walk right up, set up. Hands stay up but may adjust to the height of the ball weight back. Hips lead. Contact parallel to the front of the plate. Both of them will improve their stability with age. They've just turned 13. Time to fix balance.
