Charger should be included or not included doesn't matter. Ultimately, Rs 120 phone + charger or Rs 100 phone + Rs 20 charger separate is same. They should just make sure to keep the dedicated charger in stock and highlight the price with charger and without charger.

Samsung should understand that removing chargers from budget devices is not good. They should have given option of chargers to customers.
Last year the same is being done by xiaomi with MI 11 in China. They have given option to customer

here is my full review
I brought samsung f23 for 10,999.
I am speaking from my personal experience.
1- Has 4 years of software plus security updates with Android 13 and 14.
2- At this price you can get full fledged version of One UX plus UFS 2.2 (most come with UFS 2.1 at this price).
3- Also the superb build quality of a A series device, and the TFT LCD panel is not any less inferior to IPS LCD, it supports HDR video, has 240 hz touch sampling rate, 120 hz refresh rate, Gorilla glass 5 and 600 nits of brightness but still not equal to AMOLED.
4- Battery life is awesome, I get around 8 to 9 hours of screen on time for past 1 week.
5- Snapdragon 750G might be old but is gold, this chipset can go toe to toe with Snapdragon 695 launched recently PLUS supports 4K video recording! I have tried gaming, works smoothly even at highest setting (does not include games like Genshin impact). At this price point you will only see SD 680 which pales in comparison with SD 750.
6- I have to mention this, this phone got the best haptic engine possible at this price range!! Typing is awesome.
7-Another highliting point is Weight distribution is superb, ALSO has adequate grip due to matte finish body and rounded corners, ergonomics is pleasanty awesome, you can hold the phone for a long period of time (most phones have sharp and straight corners on frame).
8- Samsung service centers are miles ahead of competition, this phone makes it as a ideal long term budget phone. I have to use it for few months to be absolutely sure. For now I highly recommend this phone if you're a casual user.

I just love the design of this phone , I think samsung should rebrand this phone under A or M series with Amoled display and with little price bump then i would consider to buy this phone.

I have this phone and i got it for 15.5(6gb 128 gb) from a physical store. It's just amazing overall the camera is not bad and the processor is an absolute beast, i play real racing 3 and minecraft which run smoothly and i have received calls while playing these games. It may warm up after like 15 minutes of playing but that'll cool itself down. It's video stabilisation is just too good, the battery lasts the whole day even with an hour of gaming and moderate usage. I suggrst going for the 6gb variant since 4 have been found to get laggy.

Everything's perfect except the TFT display. The lack of charger does not affect me since I already have 2 of them lying around.
@@tech_glide Yeah, IPS and TFT are actually the same, it's just that Samsung is forced to use the term TFT and not IPS for some reason. I'm an AMOLED user so I'm spoiled.
Brightness sensor in most of the samsung mobile will be missing, they manage that using front camera.(worked in samsung R&D)
What about proximity sensor? Even that seems to be missing in this phone

I think Samsung uses PLS TFT. Their name for IPS. Different panel manufacturer refers to their IPS type panel with different names. As far as I know TFT is not a technical display panel type.

Samsung uses the front camera as light sensor. If you see the battery stats it will show CameraLightSensor. This is a really inefficient way of sensing ambient light
