Thank you so much 😀 my hydrangea was dead from root rot, all it's leaves turned black and fell off. I was going to throw it away but I followed your tips and soaked the roots in peroxide solution and put it in the shade. It had literally no leaves and now it has grown a whole new leaf and shoots are growing - wow!
Thank you for such great information 🙂👍🏼 I first used HP a few years ago, when I decided to try growing Frangipani from seed. The small plants were developing nicely and then started to rot around the base where they went into the soil. I watered them with a solution containing HP and it saved them and they are all lovely plants now 🌱😀

I come from a family of doctors, so knew about Hydrogen Peroxide since childhood, but never knew you could use it on plants until recently (am 41) thanks to this video
Its also a good use for dealing with annoying mildew downy and powdry. It will kill it on contact and you will see it in 2-3 days. You can apply on fruit as well. We use a diluted form in the vineyards. Its a bit more effective then KSO2 or baking soda.
I've been reviving all my plants bc beetles went nuts this year. It works really good. I will say I did not know it was a pesticide as well, which explained why the suckers died. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Super fantastic video ! I saw this video last spring and am planting again now and totally forgot about peroxide till it dawned on me and i automatically looked for your video and the numbers to dilute .You are doing such a great service thank you very much . cheers from toronto
This is super helpful for new plant lovers like me! The formulation of the Hydrogen peroxide is a bit hard to memorize but we can always go back to this vid. Thank you! I hope I can revive the 2 Chrysanthemum plants that just died.
Past 4 years, I’ve been using 3% Hydro-Peroxide @ 1 cup per gallon every other watering of my pothos, vine & clover houseplants adding Miracle Grow for houseplants into the mix every 2 weeks & my cuttings & initial 3 plants are now over a dozen large several feet long very healthy, full & robust beautiful green houseplants. I’m learning maybe I need to reduce the amount but it’s worked phenomenally for me as such so far. Thank you for posting great video - any tips or recommendations greatly appreciated
The recommended amount of 3% solution of peroxide per gallon of water in hydroponics is around 3ml per liter or 2-3 teaspoons per gallon of reservoir water. ... When mixing nutrient solutions, it is best to add the peroxide to one half, and the nutrient to the other and then mix them.
A thousand thank you's.. I have lost so many plants from root rot due to the unseasonal rain in the Blue Mountains in Australia. So far I haven't been able to save any.. So without your advise I would have lost many more..
Wow your suggestion for using hydrogen peroxide for killing fungus is much stronger than I've read in other sites which say to do 8-12 tbs per gallon (about 3 liters). I haven't had much success with these other formulations so I'm going to try 1 cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide per liter and see how it goes.
Your cells use it to clean up inside your body. Nebulize food grade at .03 in saline. It will kill infections in nasal and upper respiratory. It works very well, especially if used during early onset of illness.
Good tips. BTW why is your hydrogen peroxide in a white bottle? In the US, it is sold in dark brown bottles because when exposed to light, it slowly breaks down.
