Happy midweek! ☺️ vlogmas day 7 🍫🎅 Today we’re taking a look around a beautiful 6 bedroom home in a village called Leek Wooton, situated between Warwick & Kenilworth. For our overseas viewers that’s 100 miles North of London and 28 miles from Birmingham 🇬🇧 Enjoy the video and kindly remember to click the like button 😊
You know what fits perfectly in those 3 inches of open space between the ceiling and the cupboards..? Dust, dead moths and dead spiders. Why didn't they just take them all the way to the top? Or seal it off?
It's a lovely house, to be fair. But, being right on a road, with a miniscule back garden, I think it's rather overpriced frankly. Especially as there was a lot of background noise too. Be very lucky to get more than 850k once the market crashes.
Yes its all about the location. The asylum seekers dont want to be housed that far from London. But on the other side 10 polish people who work in a car wash dont mind sharing a one bed flat so then it becomes more affordable
I think a lot depends where you live, we don’t get pestered with mozzies, we are in the midlands, not near any large scale water I suppose, we do get moths, but not many. We have a place down in North Devon and there’s much more of a problem with moths and small insects, but again not really mozzies.
Its been the fashionable thing for a few years now. The old Style Patio doors in a house like that are simple and mostly cheaper. 2 door frames 2 pieces of glass in each door( if double glazed) ,now its 3,4,5 door frames and 2 pieces of glass per door frame (if only double glazed) 3 doors 6 pieces of glass, 4 doors 8 bits and so on so in theory cost more to purchase because of the extra metal/ upvc plastic involved. A regular patio door has one fixed panel the second panel then slides to open. The Bi-folds have multiple moving doors with hinges to help them fold next to each other so more things to go wrong with them. But the more people that buy bi-folds the better for me, the more glass they need to go in them so it keeps me in a job. (Says some one who works on the glass for these units, it takes longer to cut 8 bits of glass for a 4 door unit than 4 bits of glass for a 2 door patio unit.
Im from this area and im paying much more for my next house and its smaller im guessing this could be lilington road or somewhere in KENILWORTH from the size and pricw
I Think I will offer them a tenner for the fridge as im loving all the dents in the doors at 1:50 ish then they could get one that fits flush with what he calls bespoke cupboards with seamless designs. If it was seamless then the owners would not walk into the fridge doors when walking past them.
Not sure why British architects design homes with narrow circular staircases, especially when they have tight turns like in this house. You can basically use only the outer half, unless you don't mind slipping/tripping walking up the inner part of the stair. Besides, how do the movers get a piece of furniture, especially a sofa, dresser, or an armoire up those narrow circular stairs? Better to have straight stairs, with a landing, and right angle turns. And why three stories, or floors? Brits must love climbing stairs to build those leg muscles.
I wish housing developers stop putting window on south facing roof line so solar could be easily added , given the upcoming rules I think it’s essential
What the deal with England not having bathtubs in the same room as showers? Some apartments the bathtub doesn’t exist or is in a completely different room
Actually much more like these houses for human than those 50-100 million houses which exist for egos of billionaires class & feel so fake & you wouldn’t have the comfort feel of a home; everything is a collection or a unimaginably expensive product that you wouldn’t wanna touch. This feels like a home!

1- One of a series of exceedingly poor properties, none of which would qualify as luxury or even interesting properties. Wouldn't take it for free and never live in such a disgusting property. 2- No views of and access to a beach with soft, white sand or warm, crystalline waist high water, or a lake, a river, or a major city? So, I don't see what the charm would be to me in terms of views of and access to places of interest for activities or entertainment? 3- No majestic or grand dimensions, so I can't seem to figure the hidden luxury that this lousy property has on offer. 3- No multiple indoor and outdoor venues of recreation and activities, so I can't seem to think of any value to this property, aside from that of cocooned, vegetative hibernation. 4- No masculine, sturdy, and elegant furniture, so I can't see to figure the hidden aesthetic appeal to this property. 5- This truly is quite a horrible property.
The area is fairly expensive compared to the rest of the UK and the Midland's to begin with, It's in the Midlands, not everyone wants beaches etc. It's not like it's a shock, in terms of travel, Coventry and Birmingham aren't far from the location, smaller properties and older properties in the area are well over 500k+ already. Assuming your from the UK you'll know travel isn't the end of the world and plenty travel from this area to London, Birmingham on a daily basis. Lastly plenty people have good money round here and like the peaceful area and reasonably low crime rates
Almost missed the bit about the river, did you not watch the video, there is a fairly major river running through plenty of the local towns and plenty things to do. Plus plenty other things within 10-15 miles
@@matthewswann2525 Thanks for making the effort to explain the area to me. This property falls short of fulfilling my lifestyle requirements for multiple, large and wide-open indoor and outdoor spaces for living, socializing, and recreating. I would want a grand home, like the Coombe Park in Oxfordshire, or, at the very least a useful home like the $4M Novello House in Berkshire on Fine and Country, the $4M grand property at Glen Usk in Wales also on Fine and Country, the $4M ugly property at Morden near Royston on this channel, and even the remote $4M Stancliffe Hall in Peak District on this channel. I need multiple, large and wide open indoor and outdoor living, social, and activity spaces with even wide-open corridors and stairways at the very least. At best, I would prefer proximity to a major university city, like London, Oxford, Cambridge, or even Cardiff or another city for my children, all of whom are under 7 at the moment. Oceanfront, lakefront, riverfront and pedestrian precinct properties would be preferred only if they satisfy the multiple, large, wide-open indoor and outdoor spaces criteria.
@@assetstopurchase8432 fair opinion but that's why there is lots of properties for sale, not all fit every taste and values. Because people like that will have a cleaner come in every week so your statement is irrelevant.

Yep, I drive past that house quite a bit, it's on a very busy main road.
No garage either!
That buys you a 1 bed flat in London crazy the difference

Love the black and white kitchen; they just need a black and white checkered floor now too, just in the kitchen area

Wonderful video as usual guys. Loved the property!
Thank you! 😄
They should add a carpet covered post leading up to the vault, for the cat

shame about the shit hole houses at the bottom of the garden at 4:07
The top floor is all mine
Beautiful house. Why is this the same price of a 3 bed terrace house in Hackney? 😭

It likely wasn't designed as 3 floors. It looks like a significant loft conversion.
My house has 3 floors and it's only an issue when you cant remember which floor you left something on!
No straight stairs increases the chances if falling down them
new build? why no underfloor heat , at least on the ground floor, imo expected in a million plus home.
awsk your kid
Amazing Build
How do you open the windows? Or reach the curtains for that matter
That map should show the sewage system so you know where you're number 2 is floating to. 😉
Beautiful
Great video but I'm a bit underwhelmed by the property - a small garden and no modcoms (underfloor heating)
but the price the ask is great

I have to smile, who’s the person running round out of view, changing the foot cover on the last 3 bedrooms 😂 it’s the same cover each time.
where did the home owner get the lights from that Jas highlighted in the landing?
Beautiful 💞
£1.15M yet no bath in the master en-suite and no garages for the cars. Really???
Not got anything to say really .. just a nice family house ....next
That house is either really low ceiling, or you’re insanely tall.
These pair put me odff any property
It ain't worth more then 800, the swirling staircase being the key component doesn't raise it up by 300k XD,
No land and a depressing view of (what look like) council houses.

Wow
At the price of this house you can buy 10 to 14 houses in North West England.
