The problem of doing something very specific for your family is that you need to find a buyer with the same problem to solve. It is a lot of house for the money, no doubt, and the garden is beautiful.
3:10 - underfloor heating ... and yet there are substantial radiators throughout? Aaaand ... 7:21, a toilet off a kitchen is actually non-compliant for building regs!! Great quality of finish though!
This is one of my favourite properties you have toured. Nice entrance and the interior is beautifully finished. The garden is my favourite part of the house so calming and peaceful. Would have been a great value for money however it’s in the midlands… but still if I had the money I would definitely consider purchasing
This guy reminds me of Liam Plunkett for some reason. This house is one of the best you done. Even at in excess of £1m, it is actually very good value. Good size cosy looking, nice decor. The outside walls at the front and back look fantastic. Really good sized yards.
Wow this house is insanely cheap! I would’ve said it was worth more! Only thing I didn’t like was the extractor fan in the first kitchen, it’s a bit weird looking haha! Over all though great value for money!
Yeah I like this home, decent sized spaces, pleasant garden ... though as I know from experience having a river flowing through means you're constantly on the alert when there's heavy rainfall. Also like the fact it is in a small cul-de-sac.
Currently looking for a property in London for the same price as this one. I’m seriously thinking of moving away. The house looks amazing for the price.
Really enjoy viewing different style houses, incredible layouts! You both do an amazing job sharing these experiences with us. would like to see houses in Southend or Canewdon Essex
Much nicer house than the 6 million pound one in surrey which is after all quite the price contrast. I think I would remove the one kitchen or do something so it's less obvious it's an extended house. And I think I would have plastered the outside walls smooth with dark window frames as contrast. As smooth white with dark roof contrast and modern interior, it's pretty solid allround. Could you place it on regent street, please? :)
that use of space is interesting for the wine "cellar". I would replace the wine with well known mineral waters from around the world and a section for some Guinness for special occasions
I would be worried about the river flooding but hopefully the patio will block it. They mentioned the annex for a relative but it seems that perhaps circumstances have changed and they are now selling. Possibly a b and b would be good, with one kitchen for breakfasts.
My sister lives in atherstone right near this house....I have seen this place by hers and i've always wondered what it looked like inside...now I know. Awesome...thank you ☺️☺️☺️☺️
Hi guys, Near to my neck of the woods, I would like you guys to view properties within Worcester which is where I live, and Worcestershire as there are a vast ray of properties. Also city centre Manchester apartments would be good viewing too. Great vlog beautiful designed house, that open kitchen living area is what dreams are made of, my complete style😃👍👏.
This house is a great value for money. But the layout needs work. Not sure they utilise the space to it’s best. If the new part of the house was made to accommodate elderly parents. Why not put a bedroom downstairs instead of a kitchen, that sauna in bedroom they could have easily be moved down stairs with a gym in one of the many living open space
That is a good deal. Do you have the insane bidding wars that we have here in Canada? Sellers purposely ask a low price to attract a lot of interest and then 30 bids come in way over the asking price. It’s been driving our prices up horribly. Great for the seller I guess but the buyers are paying way more than the true value of the house.
Front is not appealing at all. Too harsh. Back is much nicer. Agree with others that layout is odd. Almost like two houses connected rather than one large one
Seem good value for money for the spaceZ not sure how it would like living so close to a pond with flies etc. Assuming there is little chance of flooding aswell.
there has never been a fly problem when i’ve been there, and the 5 years of my family living there never really flooded, broken banks but no where near the patio
Wait, so the family using the "second" part of the house must walk through the hallway of the "first" part (mother in law annex) and then via a study? That is super inconvenient. And it only works if you REALLY get along with the user of the first part (really, if it is your mother) and she does not mind sharing the hallway. But two separate families would have to rebuild and maybe put the front door back. Also, the white wall makes for an ugly contrast.
The problem of doing something very specific for your family is that you need to find a buyer with the same problem to solve. It is a lot of house for the money, no doubt, and the garden is beautiful.
It's clearly a problem someone was having with the property now being sold STC.
Now THAT is what I call good value. Immaculate finish, nice grounds. Great purchase for someone.
Except its in the Midlands...
in Coventry? not particularly good value
I would buy the house because of the garden and then have an architect redo the whole interior to make it work and flow more cohesively
The backyard space is to die for with the sound of the moving water so calming and green. 👍
Imagine the midgies though in summer
Always smiling, always laughing, always having a good time.
This house is gorgeous. I love the garden and the wine cellar.
I love that there are 2 kitchens! I would use the kitchen with the Living room as my everyday kitchen, and I would use the other for entertaining.
I feel that this house has a bit too much going on in terms of the layout
It's for multi-generational families.
I think it's a great house and can look at it as a blank canvas The garden is fantastic.
@@hl236 yes, but having the kitchens right next to each other is a bit weird
Smashing it guys, huge fan of your vids! Please do some houses around the Midlands (Edgbaston, Harborne, Bromsgrove etc)
Edgbaston please. Thinking of moving there
Keep it up guys! Not sure im a huge fan of the 2 kitchens but definitely great value for money!
As I recall it used to mean 2 council taxes for 2 kitchens
3:10 - underfloor heating ... and yet there are substantial radiators throughout? Aaaand ... 7:21, a toilet off a kitchen is actually non-compliant for building regs!! Great quality of finish though!
Well spotted Tony
Think you would have to check out the layout of the rooms but stunning seems cheap for the size of house ,

I'm a simple guy... love the vertical radiators
0:33 Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...look at you young people
Wow! 200K+ subscribers. You guys deffo deserve this! Keep up the amazing work!!!
5:11 kind of creepy ACTUALLY
PLEASE DO MORE HOUSES IN SOLIHULL, MIDLANDS !!!! xx
The projector is nice but the seating angle you’d have to change for sure to enjoy it properly best part of this property is definitely the garden
I think I'd have to buy this house just for that backyard with the trees and creek... and DUCKS!!
The garden was lovely
Wow this house is insanely cheap! I would’ve said it was worth more! Only thing I didn’t like was the extractor fan in the first kitchen, it’s a bit weird looking haha! Over all though great value for money!
I absolutely love that house and garden, one of my favourites so far.
@Billy Clegg great for a bit of fishing. The house looks higher than the garden so hopefully they don’t get flooded.
@Billy Clegg I will take it off my wish list then! 🛶🎣🪣
Beautiful houses like this make me emotional because I'll probably never get to own one ever in my lifetime.
Would like to see Matthew in the Pleasuredrome Sauna in London, Waterloo.
It’s amazing how prices drop and quality increases along with the size, when we move to properties outside London.
Liked before watching. I love your videos
Gr8 tour of this property guys thanks once again...
TV on the wall kills the neck a stand and seat level is ideal!
This place is fantastic to be honest. I love it. 💘
Great house, i'm loving the layout very practical and useable and a great location in Warwickshire. Thank you @Matt & Summer
Beautiful home. Keep up the good work!
House not home
Beautiful. But somehow i feel weird with design..like 2 in 1 house.🤔🤔😅 But the back garden with pond🤌🤌😍
Yeah I like this home, decent sized spaces, pleasant garden ... though as I know from experience having a river flowing through means you're constantly on the alert when there's heavy rainfall. Also like the fact it is in a small cul-de-sac.
Very interesting property, these ones are fun as you never know whats around the corner.
I’ve seen those Day & Night blinds in a few of your videos now. I think I may ditch my curtains for that look.
Pretty perfect this house. Good video people
Back garden with pond wS really good feature. Otherwise property was bit complicated. Not really well planned.
Currently looking for a property in London for the same price as this one. I’m seriously thinking of moving away. The house looks amazing for the price.
Love the house .. it had the mother - in - law apt ...love it .. love the wine storage ... good tour guys ..love from Canada 🇨🇦
I’d put my mother in law in the wine storage
This is really lovely!
I suggest the floor plan screen shot can stay a little bit longer. I like your videos

This is such a cozy house
For future references would you guys be able to show the double garage opened and whether or not it has a door connecting to inside the house. Thanks
that use of space is interesting for the wine "cellar". I would replace the wine with well known mineral waters from around the world and a section for some Guinness for special occasions
Can you do a video on how you finance your own property investments, divide up your income?
It would be nice to see some properties in Southeast London, and maybe Birmingham. Really enjoy your tours dears.
Really nice for the money well done
Really nice house for the price

hello, the five years my family lived there it’s never flooded anywhere near the patio, and yes it would be prefect for a b ajd b
Nice vid, would also love to see more tour of Surrey mansions and Central London townhouses
How about a modern Barn Conversion tour
love the garden
Loved this one !!

Nice.... That's alot of house😎👍

Just noticed that Matt and summer do not have any tattoos, that's awesome.

Hello all
For me the windows frames are far too chunky.
Big and beautiful house. Me encanta! Thanks Matt and Summer. Love that you always have a good time showing the houses. That's the spirit ;) !.
the garden is good but the layout is a bit quirky

Wonderful house
Inside the M25 that house would be £5M
I noticed you got your own camera man now!
