True.I've used to be a fat shit in my 20s and tbh what helped me was just working out at Monday,Wednesday,Friday.Rest of the week i would just do some running (that later turned to intervals since i'm lazy) outside Sunday and not eating past 7 PM and it let me drop my weight from 126kg to 92kg in a bit more than 1 year.
I'm 33 now and looking at my classmates that just go around with cracking back,knees and other stuff i'm happy that i'm still working out because when i will be in my 50-60 i won't be fucked like them with all those problems.
I'm pretty sure her skin products are super expensive toow has me a bit concerned

It's pretty interesting that despite the scare from that diagnosis she still wants to avoid exercising at home. which makes me think that perhaps the way to force her to get exercise lies in making it part of some activity, like more dance lessons in the studio, a solo live, or make her take part in more concerts. If they can get permissions, Dance Evolution Arcade or DanceRush Stardom would be good choices, too, and you can make the excuse that it helps with rhythm.
This and I feel like she has no will because she's doing it alone all the time. Maybe she'd manage if she had someone exercising with her, making it more of a fun friend activity.
