Welcome back to the relaxed hair gang 😅. Leaving your hair for 8 - 16 weeks before another touch up (relaxer) helps the hair.

He should’ve started with the ends first and did your scalp last. The heat from your scalp makes it process faster which is why it starts burning quicker.
Not doing the ends first gave it less time to process which created the “poodle effect” smooth roots & puffy ends.
But everything else looks fine. It came out okay

Lovely video ❤ but as a professional hairstylist this process isn’t correct. He was supposed to do tips before applying the relaxer to the body of the hair for someone transitioning from natural to processed hair.
That processing was badly done, hair not ready
